    Bidi Vapor ghosts and steals from their customers. I buy Bidi sticks on a regular basis in the flavors Regal and/or Tropic. I've been buying them off and on for about a year and half now. They're great...when they work. I always buy two when I do buy them because ½ the time they don't work. It happens SO often that the two businesses I would buy them from no longer let you return them for replacement or reimbursement. You have to contact Bidi Vapor directly. So, I call and there's no answer. I leave a message, and no one gets back to me. I've emailed and no one's responded. I have an email dated January 12th of 2022, that said I had a "Help Desk Ticket" that says it's "solved", and I've never heard anything from anybody, received replacements nor reimbursement. There's no customer service to speak of, so there was nowhere else to turn except the BBB. I've never seen anything like it. They're ripping off people and no one seems to care because "you shouldn't be doing this anyway." Ok, but what they're doing is still ILLEGAL. They are selling products that don't work and then don't reimburse or send a replacement. I just bought one today. It didn't work. I bought two last week. One worked and the other didn't. I've looked everywhere to see how I could fix it myself, but it doesn't work. They're $10.99 a piece. I buy one every 1-2 weeks. So I've probably spent around $350 - $600 over the last year. Half of it's for nothing. That's theft.

In this case, we found out that the client sent an email pertaining to a request for a refund for two defective bidi sticks purchased. The email was dated the 13th of January 2022 and placed under Ticket Number:******* Attached to the email is a copy of the receipt and information from the packaging of the reported bidi sticks. On the 20th of January, the client made made a follow-up on the same request but never received a reply. The same ticket was then worked on by one of our agents on the 24th of May 2022. This was indeed a miss on our end, however, it was not intentional. We sincerely apologize. Based on the timeline, there were a couple of changes that the company undertook early this year. We will be vigilant on things like this moving forward. What we can offer is a rebate for the reported defective sticks, wherein we provide credits through client's******* or****** account. We have sent the rebate link to the client pertaining to our offer. Thank you and keep safe!

    I'm a regular user of bidi sticks because they're one of the only flavored vapes available near me. The Valero where I buy them from used to replace defective bidi sticks for free but were told to stop because of the number of returns and free vapes they were having to give out. On average 3 out of every 10 don't work fresh out of the package. This is extremely unprofessional for a business to regularly sell defective products with no consequence. They reply to every post on here with the same generic response but clearly this is a widespread problem that they're doing absolutely nothing to remedy. I'm not sure how a business gets away with continuously selling faulty products.

    Thank you for your email. Based on our records, we received an email from this client last July 4, 2022. His email advised that he encountered multiple defective sticks and was inquiring on how to go about with a refund or replacement process. We replied to his email providing the guideline that we follow for the reported defective sticks. Currently, we offer rebates up to a maximum of $12.99 per reported defective stick, granted that the documents be submitted to us. Here is the guideline we sent to the client. To be eligible for the Customer Care Rebate System, one must be an adult (21+) BIDI(r) Stick consumer. Bidi Vapor shall offer a rebate to the customer based on the following criterion: a) A rebate via A Koupon rebate link worth $12.99 for customers who are able to provide the sales receipt together with the authentication code and batch number. The rebate amount is dependent on the actual price on your receipt up to a maximum of $12.99. b) If the customer fails to submit a sales receipt, we will process a $5.00 rebate regardless of the number of faulty BIDI(r) Sticks reported. We have not received a response from the client pertaining to the requested information. What we can offer the client is a rebate for the reported defective stick provided that the sales receipt will be submitted to us. Thank you and keep safe! Regards, The Bidi Vapor Team

    I have been buying Bidi Sticks for a couple years now. I typically spend over $100.00 worth of vapors and typical order every two weeks or so. I have been running into a problem with the Bidi Vapor Sticks. When they arrive several of them are "duds". When the flavor was still "kickstart" this did not seem to be an issue but once I started receiving the "Summer" flavor it seemed to happen more and more often. The other night I had two in a row that were completely dead, that is super frustrating when I spend so much money with your company. When I reported this to your company, you did absolutely nothing for me. You did even acknowledge my frustrations or the amount of money I spend with your company. I saved every single one of them that arrived dead, you can tell because it won't even light up a little and still weighs more than the ones that work. This is extremely disappointing & frustrating. This company is a scam.

Purchasing the Bidi Vapor from other online retailers means that the product is considered counterfeit, subject to legal action, and we cannot give money back on these known fakes. Sites do not have age-verification measures, violating the Bidi Vapor Wholesaler and Retailer Agreement that should comply with all federal, state, and local restrictions, including home delivery, and employ valid ID checks.     Purchased 3 defective Bidi pens. Gas station informed me they won't exchange them anymore due to the amount being defective. Contacted Bidi through customer support website more than once. Finally I called and was told again to fill out form with receipts and wait 24-48 hours. Still no reply I called the support line again and no one is available not even a matter of holding in que. After several emails and calls to customer support. I'm through with the shady business practices of Bidi Vapor. They sell a defective product then make it extremely difficult to get a refund.

    I love bidi for the most part! Now that is when it works right out of the package. However, I'd say that although this shouldn't be a concern for consumers buying any sort of decent products in America, Bidi stick has disappointed me time and time again (especially recent purchases). Today I was in a hurry I decided to buy THREE bidi sticks because let's get real who has time to check to make sure it works properly in the store? Anyway, I bought 3 because surely SURELY at least one would work. Right?!... NO!! All three do not work. And bidi sticks are not cheap!!! I don't know what's been going on with the company lately but this has gotten a little ridiculous! Anyway- don't get attached to bidi because you inevitably will drain your bank for low quality and faulty product. This is just my opinion but I feel the need to warn people who like to vape because consumers have the right to know when they are about to buy LOW quality OVER PRICED products. In my advice, stick to the vape pens/juul/anything other than bidi!!

As part of our process, if customers happened to buy defective Bidi Sticks, we have a rebate process in place, where we reimburse them for the defective sticks they bought, after they reported it to us. Once reported, we will be sending them an email with instructions on how to redeem the rebate that will be credited to their PayPal or Venmo account.     I bought a bidi stick yesterday on 4/21/2022 from a local gas station and today on 4/22 it no longer works. This is not the first time this has happened. Please allow me to get a replacement or refund. It sucks because I like these but I will no longer buy these products. Very frustrating

    I order bidi vapes through ****** and have received many defective vapes and usually I have gotten refunded by ******. They refuse to refund anymore because of how often bidi vaporizers are defective but I enjoy them so I typically order them anyway. Recently I ordered 2 at the same time snd found that both were defective with one lasting about an hour and the other just having leaked everywhere. I would like either a refund or replacement products but bidi vapor has refused to respond via their support email.

    Bought a bidi stick through gopuff when I was in seattle. The first one didn't work (wouldn't even light up) so I contacted customer service and got a 2nd one. The second one didn't work either. Gopuff/bidi is committed to selling faulty products.

    I purchased a BIDI stick three times through GoPuff because nothing else was available and because I am in a wheelchair I needed the product delivered. All three times the product was defective. All total I am out almost $60 from defective BIDI sticks.

    Desired Outcome

    Actions take: Our team already sorted this out with the customer, Robyn *******. The customer was already reimbursed with 3 bidi sticks. Thank you!

    (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I did not receive any refund. They offered to send coupons but I did not receive them. And, even if I had the "rebate" forms the service I used would not apply them.

    The customer is complaining of 4 defective sticks and when asked for a receipt, she can only present 1 (worth $15.99). We offered 3 coupons amounting to $47.97 as compensation and she accepted it over the phone. The email containing the coupons were sent to that same email address the customer used in sending a copy of her receipt.

    In the last few weeks I have purchased multiple Bidi Stick devices from Authorized carriers. These devices either did not work directly from the package or died within minutes of opening. After trying to return the products to the Retailers they said they could not receive returns and to contact the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer on two different occasions and both times they told me there was no way to replace or refund my purchase. I also sent them a message directly from their website and never received a response. Over the phone, they said my best bet was to give them my contact information and hopefully in the next few months they would have a system to take these returns. This does not seem like a company that cares about their customers. If a majority of their devices are defective right out of the box then why are they still being sold. I have been a consumer of their products for over a year and expected more from this company. I would love to find a resolution.
