• I asked to check if the car matches the photos in reality, I was told yes, we can’t have a mistake, when I arrived it turned out to be a different car, for managers it was a common occurrence, they said that they would change the photo, but a week has passed and I see the same photo

• Sales person was short and they seemed not to want to deal with me at all When I arrived he kind of put his nose up at my trade in which was a 2009 dodge ram 1500 very clean low miles and did not spend no more than five minutes with me said he is very firm and was not interested and walked away this is my second time there and my second time where I felt sales people thought I should earn their business I will never return again or give a good review

• Inquired about an advertised car. When I called the dealership, I was told they did not have the car but they had other deals available. I received a follow up call offering other cars, I told her that I was only interested in the one which was advertised. She told me that she was unaware of the car I was interested in. I think this was a "bait and switch" advertisement.

• The salesperson that called me was rude and just didn’t care about selling the car because of the current environment of car sales. I responded back with a long email explaining how I would treat my customers as if they were my last, he sent back an email talking about financials. This person obviously didn’t take the time to read my email. How would the service be if you actually needed service on the vehicle.

• They’re legit. I’ve purchased over 22 cars in my lifetime, and these guys are good to deal with. Their prices may be a BIT higher than other dealers(?) but they don’t add on those garbage junk fees. It’s the negotiated price +TTL. Thanks for a smooth transaction on the 2021 Subaru WRX STi.

• The worst customer service ever. I was there for over two. Hours witing salesman to show me the vehicle. He never show up I asked if there is any other salesman to show the car the lady in the front desk grab the keys and she took me out to the car but she doesn’t know anything about the car . they pissed me off and I left.
