Hello I'm trying to watch a movie on the Amazon Prime app on a Windows 10 device. I would like to watch in full screen but the task bar at the bottom of the screen remians visible and there is a gray bar on the left side of the screen with a setting icon that also remains. If I tap the screen there is a full screen button at the top right but clicking it does nothing. Really appreciate any help. Apparently this isn’t specific to amazon prime video app or Netflix instead it’s the windows 10. Just exit full screen and enter full screen through on video controls. It should load up full screen now. level 2 Wow another reason to dislike my Windows 10 laptop. By "on video controls" do you mean through control panels / Windows and not on the Amazon app?
