"By never putting myself out there, I never had to confront potential inadequacies, insecurities, or uncomfortable facts about myself," he wrote on Instagram. "Simply learning how to exist on a reality show while trying to remain true to myself was a process of overcoming psychological challenges and self-discovery." His fellow co-stars showed their support in the comment section. "Just your growth and seeing you gradually just improve yourself has been so great to see," Aaron said. Heidi commented, "I'M SO PROUD! And I'm so excited to follow and watch what's to come. You're already so successful and it's only gonna go up from here."

On Thursday night Mike revealed their romance fizzled out, explaining on Instagram: “Heidi and I aren’t together… but that’s okay! “While Heidi and I may not be together we still talk nearly every day and are the best of friends. We both love each other very much but just not in the way a lot of you may have hoped.” Mike revealed he had a bit of a crush on Heidi during the third mixer, prompting host Sophie Monk to pair them up for the rest of the show. And it turns out Heidi reciprocated his feelings, the couple sparking a romantic connection after locking lips on their first date. She even took him home to meet the family! As for whether they made it in the real world, they both follow each other on Instagram but neither have liked each other's posts outside of the BATG content shared while their accounts have been managed by someone else. Meanwhile Mike penned of his beauty: "I’m always saying 'you’re amazing' but amazing isn’t a good enough word to truely [sic] put into perspective of who you are to me. I’ll be forever grateful to have gone through this experience with you. I’ve loved living in the moment with you for every step of the way." Nine Michael and Tara felt an instant connection when they met at the first mixer, bonding over their shared work as entertainers. In one of the last episodes they even decided to "go steady" - cute! They both still follow each other on Instagram and have been liking each other's posts during the show's run - but what about beforehand? Romantics will be delighted to know Michael has been liking Tara's posts since filming wrapped, including plenty of her bikini snaps during a June holiday to Europe. Though Tara didn't seem to like any of Michael's pre-show posts, he only has one up for 2022 so we can't blame her for missing it. After being eliminated, the pair shared a loved-up joint Instagram post and they confirmed they were still together at the finale. Fingers crossed they can make it last in the real world! Sam and Angelique Nine They were the first couple to share a kiss on the show, locking lips at episode three's cowboy-themed mixer, but will Sam and Angelique last? They were firmly exploring their romantic connection when they were eliminated and both still follow each other on Instagram (we're sensing a trend here), liking each other's BATG posts while the show airs. "I won't go into too much detail because I want everyone to see it when it comes out... but we do still talk a lot. It's still very good," he told Now To Love exclusively. "Honestly I couldn't have asked for anybody better. She was the best partner. I love her so much." As of the finale episode, they were still together - but one clue suggests they may have split since. Currently Sam and Angelique's Instagram accounts appear to be managed by the BATG team, but in the months between filming and the show's premiere they seemed to have control over their posts and likes. Curiously, neither Sam nor Angelique appeared to be liking each other's posts during that time and Sam recently shared a selfie with Tegan, Anthony's beauty, with the caption "Another classic Saturday night." Do we smell a partner swap? While we're not saying Sam and Angelique definitely broke up, this could be a big hint. Jayden and Aimee Nine We can't confirm that Jayden and Aimee are actually a couple yet, but after sharing a kiss in episode three's challenge the pair agreed to get to know each other and see where things could lead. Like all the other BATG cast members, these two follow each other on Instagram but don't seem to have been liking each other's posts outside of the show. They decided not to pursue a romantic relationship on the show or outside of it, with Aimee telling WHO the kiss was just a "spur of the moment" thing and their friendship is totally platonic.
