Unleashes weakness’ effect/debuff to X3 foes with the highest ATK(targets cookies first), boosting the DMG they receive and inflicting DMG. If the foe is eliminated while under Weakness debuff, all friendly units gain an HP shield. Eclair Cookie’s weakness debuff duration is refreshed by its further stacks; one stack’s duration is 10 seconds, two stacks will extend it by 8 seconds.

Dark Cacao Cookie

Skill Description; Dark Cacao Cookie swings the Grapejam Chocolate with tremendous force, inducing thunder and lightning to inflict DMG upon enemies in range. Herb Cookie – S Tier

Herb Cookie is one of the healing characters in the Cookie Run Kingdom game. Speaking of its grade, it’s “Epic”. You would definitely need a good healing character in your team; especially in PvE – as healers specialize in restoring the HP of allies and removing debuffs from them. The cursed target will also receive amplified debuffs and will spread poison inflicting periodic DMG to nearby foes and themselves. If poison becomes dispelled, it will cause great DMG to nearby enemies.

• Cream Puff Cookie was released in March update of Cookie Run Kingdom
• Players can get Cream Puff Cookie from guild gacha. You can join a guild once you clear the stage 3-6
• Cream Puff Cookie tier list rank: A+ Tier PvP/ A+ Tier in PvE
• She is a support class cookie who stands in the backline
• Her main strength is restoring the health of the party members. Her Jellius Extremus skill conjures a tornado of Jellies over a large area, causing area damage. The might of the spell restores the party’s HP. 

Tea Knight Cookie

• Grade: Epic
• PvP/PvE: A/B Tier
• Skill: Tea Knight Cookie causes DMG to the nearest foe(targets Cookies first) and leads the combat on, providing a buff for his friendly units/allies. There are several kinds of available buff effects; each kind is applied to the Cookie meeting the required conditions. Whenever the friendly unit cookie is eliminated, the wrath of the commander effect is triggered. Wrath of the Commander cannot be dispelled and stacks up to four times. At maximum stacks, Tea Knight Cookie will become resistant to interrupting effects.

Cocoa Cookie

• Skill: Cocoa Cookie dives into a giant cocoa mug and playfully spins around for a given time, striking the enemies. While Cocoa Cookie is using her ability, she will temporarily become immune to interrupting effects. Cocoa Cookie’s regular attack will heal X3 allies with the lowest health.

• Kumiho Cookie is a front-line unit that excels in inflicting damage to the enemies. It has two forms; marshmallow fox form and cookie form. Cookie form causes area damage and charm nearby enemies(enemies affected with charm effect would not be able to unleash any offensive action). Kumiho’s charm effect is not permanent; it lasts for a few moments only. The fox form fires upon foes.

• You can complete the pouch missions(check the events) and then spend on the “Kumiho Cookie’s Pouch Mania” event. From there, you can collect its soulstones.

By upgrading this skill, you can increase Latte Cookie’s DMG.

• Blackberry Cookie – Below Average Tier Mage DMG Dealer(there are better units in the game that do well as compared to this cookie)
• Custard Cookie – If you have this cookie but not Herb or Sparkling, then this unit can be your healer in the early game. Below average to average tier unit
• Princess Cookie – A front unit with a defense shred kit. Causes area damage and lowers enemy defense. Decent in the early game. Below average to average tier unit.
• Cherry Cookie – Can stun and do area damage(situational, but not good for late game)
• Alchemist Cookie – DoT is its main strength; damage over time to the enemy. Below average to average tier unit.
• Pancake Cookie – Can increase the party’s attack speed. Situational.
• Clover Cookie – Another rare grade healer. Not recommended because of slow healing and poor performance 
• Carrot Cookie – A good early game support unit that can increase the party’s defense. Below average to average tier unit.
• Gumball Cookie – Rear line unit with AoE DMG and speed debuff skill. Situational.
