Meagan wrote back, and has been very rude. Saying I order 20 boxes and the 20 boxes are there. I explained the the staples casa me in pieces not as described. I asked for the label to return the item again and Meagan once again mentioned that the box came with 20 boxes and I no longer qualify for return. I had send pictures, beben asking for return because the 20 boxes were order for a company. This company was recommended to us. I believe that it is not the company’s fault, it is the customer service like Meagan that do not know how to deal the the customers need. She is there to help not to refused or denied a return when the item came in pieces not as described. Please need to send the box and the returned label so that I can get my refund.

Said he would check with manufacturer and call me back. That was over two weeks ago. No response. I am SO impressed!!! Worth every cent! I purchased the NordicSeal for my red oak floors that I sanded down from the typical darker red/brown 1960’s stain. They turned out exactly how I wanted them. The only thing I didn’t like is when I put the finish/top coats on (clear) PolyWhey 3500 the white wash lost some of the whiteness. So, I probably should have done 3 coats of NordicSeal instead of 2 to keep the level of white wash that I really loved the best. I was pressed for time and could not sand off the finish and reapply a third coat. I have not received the product yet ? How long does bona Nordic Seal take to dry?Allow each sealer coat to dry 2-3 hours. High humidity and/or low temperature conditions will extend the dry time (recommended conditions of 65-80˚ F/40-60% relative humidity).
How many coats of Bona sealer should I use?Like Mega One, Bona always recommends a minimum of 2 coats of finish. Adding a third coat gives an extra layer of protection that may be right for some homeowners who are worried about scratches.
