How to force trades in Madden 22 Franchise Mode is a popular topic that has been around for many Madden games. Well, is there a way to force a trade in Madden 22?

The answer is yes, there are ways to force trades in Madden 22. However, there are no settings you can enable to do so.

Before using our method, you must follow your league rules if you are in a user league. If you don’t, you will risk getting kicked out of your league. You always want to make sure to respect the rules set forth.

TL;DR

There are two ways to force trades in Madden 22 Franchise Mode. The first way is by using our signature Madden 22 SAR method. You will be able to trade for any player and you do not have to be League Commissioner to do so either.

The second method is by making the player less valuable by changing their position but it does come with some consequences; read more to understand the downfalls of that method in more detail. The process also takes longer to do than our SAR method.

Why Would You Want to Force Trades in Madden 22?

Everyone is different in their reasoning. However, we can all come to an agreement that you obviously have a player or players that you want to make your franchise better.

However, there are certain people who do not want to force trades in Madden 22 because it is not “realistic”. If you are one of those people then you must understand that “realistic” is subjective.

That being said, you can easily make this “realistic” to your standards. Simply grab the player you think is tradeable in real life but not in Madden, which has been all too common. For example, Khalil Mack. He was untradeable in Madden when in fact, he was traded for a bag of peanuts in real life.

When you grab the player or players you want, send them what you think is worth it to make it more “realistic”. You’re not cheating at this point. Instead, you are being fair while only doing this with players you think could be traded for in real life that cannot be traded for in Madden.

Before Getting Started

If you are using our SAR method, you need to make sure to follow the instructions we have set forth below. There are no real downfalls to our method in comparison to changing the player’s position.

Just follow the following instructions and you will be good to go:

  • It will not work on any player who is injured.
  • The player must be in the number two spot of the depth chart or lower.
  • Each team must be at a 53/53 man roster. This is so when they accept the trade the CPU will have to cut someone, and if you are giving them 3 QBs they will cut the 2 QBs behind the starter regardless of who that player is and where they drafted them.
  • If you trade for a player isntead of a draft pick, then the SAR will not work because you want the team to go from a 53 man roster to a 56 man roster so they will cut 3 players for the incoming 3 players that you are trading to them.
  • You can start in preseason week 4 or above.
  • A position wave trade is where you trade 3 players of the same position as the player you are trying to get to a team for only a draft pick.

If you are going to change the player’s position then you need to know a few things before jumping into it.

  • The player’s X-Factor will be changed. Make sure to write down their X-Factor so you can change it later.
  • You must be League Commissioner to do this.
  • The process takes longer to do than our SAR especially when trying to get more than one player.
  • This method will not teach you how the Madden trade logic works.

  2. Then, head to the 49ers and wave trade them the three QBs for a draft pick only. Get what you can back.
  3. Check the Free Agency for Trey Lance.
