Does target charge your card right away online?

Target may also offer subscription boxes (“Subscription Boxes”) which are Target Subscriptions that have a fixed cost and are shipped on a recurring basis at a frequency set by Target (e.g. monthly). While the price of each Subscription Box order will generally be the same, applicable discounts or promotions in effect at the time we confirm the price of your subscription order will be applied to your order. The applicable discounts or promotions may cause the price to vary from order to order. The terms of the Subscription Boxes will remain consistent for all of your orders, including your first order, so any reference to your initial or first order in the above Target Subscriptions will not apply. You can review details of your Subscription Boxes in My Account or the product page for items purchased through your Subscription Box. Unless specifically noted in this section, the terms of Target Subscriptions set forth above shall apply to Subscription Boxes.

By authorizing Target to process your payment for a Shipt membership fee and Shipt membership fee renewals, you accept all of these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

When you sign up for an annual Shipt membership through Target.com, Target will process your payment for the first annual Shipt membership fee and after that will automatically process your payment each year for the Shipt membership fee renewal. Your Shipt membership will remain in effect until it is canceled.

The cost of a Shipt annual membership is disclosed at the time you sign up for a Shipt membership, and the fee is nonrefundable. If you were offered a free trial of a Shipt membership, you will need to contact Shipt to cancel your membership before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged the membership fee. To prevent the automatic renewal of your annual Shipt membership fee, you must cancel your membership before the next annual membership fee is charged.

If there are changes related to the cost of the membership or if any problems arise with your payment method connected with your Shipt membership that Target is unable to resolve, we or Shipt will notify you through the email address associated with your Target.com account or your Shipt account. You will not be charged for a Shipt membership until the problem has been resolved, which may result in the cancellation or expiration of your Shipt membership.

Only valid credit cards or a Target Debit Card can be used to purchase a Shipt membership on Target.com. You cannot use a debit card, other than the Target Debit Card, to pay for a Shipt membership on Target.com. Target GiftCards may be used as payment for the initial Shipt membership purchase however, a valid credit card or Target Debit Card will still be required when you first sign up, and will be used to pay for membership renewals. PayPal cannot be used to pay for Shipt memberships at this time.

The amount of each annual Shipt membership fee renewal will be billed to the credit card or Target Debit Card you authorize for the initial Shipt membership purchase, and your card will be billed on the day your annual membership renews. If we are unable to process your payment for a membership fee renewal, your Shipt membership will not be renewed and will expire.

If you cancel your Target.com account, your Shipt membership fee will not be renewed and your Shipt membership will expire at the end of the current annual membership period.

You can view the details of your Shipt membership fee by visiting Orders in your Target.com account and viewing the order details. If you want to change or cancel the payment card you use for your Shipt membership fee, you can do so at any time by logging into My Account on Target.com, selecting Wallet and then edit or delete the payment card associated with your Shipt membership fee.

Target Fetch is a replenishment service that you set up through Target Fetch that provides automatic replenishment of items selected by you. This program is offered through Target and participating Target vendors (“Target Vendor”), and allows you to select items that Target will replenish based on your estimated usage. Target Fetch is only available for select items. You may need to access Target Fetch through a Target Vendor’s App.

Your Target Fetch account is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your Target Fetch account or this service, or any of its benefits, to any third party without Target’s authorization.

If any problems arise with your Target Fetch account, the shipping address or payment method connected with your account that Target is unable to resolve, we will notify you through the email address associated with your account and your order will be canceled. No additional orders will be shipped until the problem has been resolved. Even if a particular order is canceled, your enrollment in Target Fetch will remain in effect, and Target will attempt to process the next order.

Any returns related to Target Fetch are subject to Target’s Return Policy.

Only valid credit cards, including the Target Mastercard, can be used to enroll Target Fetch and to make service purchases. You cannot use your Target Credit Card, Target GiftCard or a debit card, including the Target Debit Card, to pay for Target Fetch services. PayPal also cannot be used for orders through Target Fetch at this time.

The cost of each order may vary. The total cost for each order will be the cost of the item on the day we send you an email notice confirming your order plus sales tax, if any. Applicable discounts or promotions in effect at the time we confirm the price of your order will be applied to your order.

Since Target Fetch does not fulfill items on a set delivery schedule, we will send you an email notice prior to processing each order based on when we estimate that your item(s) needs to be replenished to confirm the cost and the shipping date of the order. You can also view the amount of each order by visiting Orderson your Target.com account and viewing the order details or through your Target Fetch account. The amount of each order will be billed to the credit card you authorize for Target Fetch purchases, and your card will be billed on the day your order is shipped. If we are unable to complete an order with the credit card used for that order, the order will be canceled or changed.

If you want to change or cancel the Target Fetch services, including whether an item needs to be replenished, you can do so at any time through Target Fetch. The Target Fetch service will remain in effect until it is canceled. To prevent additional shipments of an order or to change an order, you must cancel or change your order before the next order is shipped.

You must have a Target.com account to enroll in and manage your Target Fetch account and service. If you cancel your Target.com account, your Target Fetch service will also be canceled.

If your participation in Target Fetch is canceled and then you re-enroll in Target Fetch, any discount applied during your original participation may be different than any discounts or promotions available at the time you re-enroll in the service.

Target reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your use of Target Fetch, including your Target Fetch account (i) if you violate any of these Terms of Service, (ii) for any reason, or (iii) for no reason. Upon any such termination, your Target Fetch benefits will immediately cease and you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. Target reserves the right to change any benefits offered through this service, including discounts and other promotional offers, at any time in Target’s sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, regardless of whether you are currently a subscriber.

By subscribing to Target Fetch, you accept all of these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements, including those of the participating Target Vendor. If we are unable to complete an order with the credit card that you used to create your Target Fetch account, we will be unable to fulfill your order.
