did you try deleting it and re-pairing?
no need to open multiple threads... it's not going to help you pair your phone

Bluetooth fix
FIX: This is an odd fix but it seems to be working for me.
Step 1: delete phone from acura interface
Step 2: on iphone in settings/general/reset/click "reset network settings" and phone will reboot
Step 3: after phone reboot change name to anything without using the word iphone and keep it at one word
Step 4: re-pair phone to car
Step 5: celebrate

You might also have to factory reset your HFL. It's under the voice command "system options" or something like that I believe.

I will try that it connected when I initially walked out of Sprint then with this last update all of a sudden it was gone. When I try to pair it says no phones are found and the car never shows up under the devices to pair with.

Just reviving an old thread. I just connected my iPhone 7S to the 04 TL. No problem whatsoever. I was surprised. Read somewhere that IOS 9+ wouldn't work on our older cars with the older BT technology. Paired just like all the other phones. Good Luck OP.

I have tried pairing my iPhone 7 with my 2006 Acura RL. My phone does not find the car, or vice versa. I made it to the PIN stage and the car searching for the phone. That's the last place it went. Could you help me with this? I've tried since I bought the car and nothing has worked for me, but this is as far as I've ever made it. Thanks!
