We just got back from vacation, and drove 14 hours through the Southeast and it seemed as if there was a Waffle House every exit, which would have been very convenient for us, had I checked them out beforehand. I have sinced called both the corporate headquarters and a local franchise and they said they didn't use peanut products or serve anything with peanuts. I'd feel better, though, if I knew other people with p.a. felt safe eating there. There are many reasons why you may want to substitute almond flour for wheat flour in recipes.
