Directions

From I-695, take Exit 12 (Wilkens Avenue East). On Wilkens Avenue, make a left onto Maiden Choice Lane at the traffic light. Follow Maiden Choice Lane approximately 1/4 mile, until you reach the Maiden Choice Medical Center on the left (past the Charlestown entrance light). After you enter the parking lot, keep to the right of the circle. Our office is in Suite 101 of the 716 building on the right.

Directions

From I-95, take exit #50B, Caton Avenue North. You’ll see Saint Agnes Hospital on the left, before the Wilkens Avenue intersection. Turn left at the hospital sign and park in the garage or a parking lot. Enter the building under the curved canopy and turn left at the front reception desk. Follow the corridor to the right of the Gift Shoppe, passing the coffee bar on your right. Our credit union’s branch office is near the end of the cafeteria’s exit corridor, between Subway and the Coin Café.
