I’m so glad a majority of the comments on the Disney video are calling them out. Disney’s requirement is masks for 2 and up. The quints should’ve at least had masks on. Or just like don’t fly to Florida for a Disney vacation in the middle of a pandemic but that’s too much to ask.

I am appalled at this family's attitude lately. I have gradually been disillusioned in the past year or so, but this trip shows them up to be the truly selfish family that I was beginning to suspect they are. They are showing their true colours now and it isn't pretty.

Being someone that has gone to WDW a few times since the Pandemic has started, I don't have much issue with them going really. Them not having masks on the quints though really burns my ass. It's simple Disney's policy that they don't allow people to disregard, so I want to know why they allowed this family to get away with not having them in them.

I don't think going across the country at this time of year to take them to the parks was smart at all. They won't remember it and there was just no reason for it other than to make $$$. Maybe they are hoping for a sponsorship from Disney or some free stuff thrown at them? I hope Disney sees the vlog and the lack of masks on almost 3 year olds and bans them.

They posted their newest vlog and didn't address the disney trip at all... i'm very disappointed in them. skyler replied and highlighted one comment about their trip. didn't sit well with me.
This trip was incredibly irresponsible and the fact that they brought their GRANDPARENTS baffles me. In the disney vlog Jamie actually had one of the quints kiss her on top of her mask, which is covered in germs.
I've lost a lot of respect from this reply. Basically saying "im sorry your loved ones are dead but we did research".
There is NO reason you need to be travelling with 10+ people to an amusement park. none whatsoever. those kids were touching everything and i highly doubt their hands were washed before every snack.

What a BS reply. I didn't watch the video because it makes me so angry thinking about it, but how did their trip 'help other families'? How is vacationing with a large family across the country in the middle of a pandemic helping anyone? (Besides their own wallets, Southwest, and Disney, ofc). They could have donated money, food, toys, raised awareness for NOT travelling during a pandemic. And so many people are supporting them or saying it's okay because they too have gone to theme parks, travelled, or lived life like 'normal' this year. Newsflash, you're all part of the problem unless you're living somewhere where the case rate is 0. I don't watch their videos much anymore because they're so boring, but I did use to admire Jamie for her compassion. Well, that's gone now.

It was totally a BS response. Shame on them - they are not as caring and thoughtful as they first seemed when they had those babies - they are just part of the group of very self-centred Utah Morman youtubers.

I totally agree. My jaw actually dropped when I read that reply. You would really think they could come up with something better than that to defend themselves. The problem of course that there simply IS no defence for what they have done.

They are now concentrating on that poor girl they met there who needs a kidney transplant. They are totally using that young girl to deflect the attention from themselves and making out as if she was a major reason for them going there to get her story advertised.

Rubbish!!

I am so sick of this "holier-than-thou" attitude they seem to have.

As an ER nurse dealing with surging numbers, this pisses me off more than you can imagine. Yes, I’m pissed at Disney too for being opened and our government for not supporting you average workers to be out of work am at home. But personal responsibility, especially when you are in the “public eye” even as a youtuber is important. Save the BS about supporting the economy. They selfishly chose a completely unnecessary vacation with 5 toddlers. Speaking from experience, it is very possible (and completely safe...) for that age to be taught to wear a mask. It might be hard to enforce it x5 but that’s their problem. Stay the fuck home or choose simple outdoor activities close to home. Can you imagine the poor people on the plane trapped next the them? That response is absolute BS. So many people don’t care until it’s them or their family member gasping for air.

Still learning the site, but I'm glad people are calling out they're selfish behavior, genuinely seeing the cracks in this family, starting with their "boys will be boys" parenting and the way they decided to travel to Disney during a pandemic, not surprised as it tends to be youtube families that selfishly ignore it. I use to genuinely like watching the family but the moment they became toddlers is when I noticed how messy they are. I'm scared to see how they raise their girls later on in life given they just raised sons, and well the toddlers boys aren't really being disciplined

My big concern with them is not so much how badly the boys will destroy their room is the fact that those kids are left alone in their rooms for so long. They have always kind of neglected them this way IMO. I get having five is overwhelming but the older they have gotten the worse it is. The have always left them in bed for a very long time, like they just don’t want to deal with them. The stuff lately with the tipping over the cribs and tearing up the books, that stuff didn’t happen rang quickly. They were awake and just ignored for way too long. Something really bad could happen to one of them and I don’t think they would know about it. They can say they are monitoring them all they want but I think they are going unwatched for way too long.

I agree. They have said several times that the children nap for two hours (this was a while ago so the time might be shorter now) and whether they sleep or not they stay in their rooms regardless so that Skyler and Jaime can have a decent break. How boring for those kids being locked in their rooms for two hours when they don't sleep for that long.

I don't blame the kids for getting into mischief when they have nothing else to do while they are literally locked in a room. It is bound to happen with two year olds. They still need to discipline them for what they do, but the truth is that they wouldn't need to if the door wasn't locked in the first place. They are encouraging mischief.

It is such a safety issue! Imagine if one of those kids was hurt during the night and the parents slept through it because none of them could get out of their room to let the parents know. I don't understand any parent locking their children into a room for their own peace and quiet.

I am sure that their toilet training is going to be a fiasco too.

I’m done with them. I unfollowed on IG and unsubscribed from their channel. I’ve wanted to ask them when he is going back to work. Clearly you can see some of the littles don’t want to be filmed.
The parents should be sleeping upstairs and get those kids out of their rooms as soon as they awake. I raised a three year old and twins. No way I left them locked in their rooms. They have no excuse. They still have helpers! What bullshit that they can’t buy food from Cosco because it comes in too big of quantities. What do they feed them? It sounds like junk.
I’m so done with them.

they just uploaded a vlog on discipline. in all honesty i dont think the quints arent disciplined enough, other than the chaos in the boys room. that stuff is definitely not okay but otherwise i think they could be much worse. i'm still deciding if i should unsub or not because the disney trip did really upset me and their response made it even worse. i just wish the kids werent so stinkin cute... they'd be much easier to turn off if that was the case

Skyler is never going back to work as they are on too good thing with YouTube for him to have to. I'm so sick of all the sponsored ads they do now in practically every vlog, but it must be bringing them in a lot of money.

I think they must read here because the discipline vlog was too coincidental to be anything else. I don't think their discipline is nearly strong enough and those kids get away with so much. They have far too much attention on them and the parents intervene too much without letting them sort through their issues with each other. Instead of defecting their attention so much I'd love to hear them actually tell them a firm NO occasionally.

They can talk the talk re discipline, but they certainly don't seem to be following through with it.

I'm an educator of 40 years and an ex-school principal so I know how hard it can be, but I've dealt with so many parents over the years who as the same as these two. They need to stop pandering to those kids and set up some parameters for them before they get out of control and become extremely spoilt.

Extra love for a child who has been in time out??? They are unreal. Let those kids sort through their own problems and don't always intervene and solve the issue for them!! Let the child who was in timeout suffer the consequences without giving them extra attention!

It drives me crazy to watch it, so I might have to stop for a while.

The quints are way over indulged and spoilt - the parents have really made a rod for their own backs. When I first started watching them I loved every vlog, but as the babies got older their vlogs became quite aimless and boring - and you could see unacceptable/ lazy stuff in their parenting.

They are aimless. They just follow the kids around and comment on what they are playing with, with an occasional trip to "THE Costcos" (It really annoys me how he calls it that. I have no idea why he does. Is it supposed to be funny?)

I would rather see how they organise things for that many children, or watch some of their daily routines, or even a grocery haul. Anything but the aimless watching them playing with toys which is becoming so boring.

I'm exactly the same - vlogs of 5 babies doing whatever random stuff was fine - it doesn't work for nearly 3 year olds.

I'm still horrified that they lock all of them in their rooms. Let's pretend for one moment that safety isn't a priority; how awful to grow up without the freedom to leave your room until your lazy arsed parents come and get you.

All of them are champing at the bit by the time someone bothers to come and get them.

Then they add to it by demonstrating no discipline whatsoever.

I've never liked them and always thought they were in it for the money. Nothing has changed my mind to date.

Of course they are in it for the money, he left his job to become a YTer. 7 kids cost a lot and will only get more expensive. They could have saved money by not going to Disney. If I condemn them for clogging the kids then I should condemn myself for watching.
