Current Locations of The Driftwood, No Sweat Insurance, and The Flairship

Many of the following quests will task players with visiting The Driftwood, No Sweat Insurance, and The Flairship. However, these three POIs are constantly on the move and will often migrate to different areas of the map with each major update this season. Here is where you can find each location as of the recent V22.20 update:

  • The Driftwood Vault: The Driftwood is no longer near Flutter Barn and can instead be found west of Greasy Grove
  • No Sweat Insurance Vault: The No Sweat Insurance Building has moved from Chrome Crossroads to Shiny Sound
  • The Flairship: The Flairship has moved from Grim Gables and can now be found above Tilted Towers

Fortnite Paradise Week 0 Quests

Deploy a Port-a-Bunker at a Named Location (0/1)

This quest is simple enough. A new throwable item has been added to the loot pool called the Port-a-Bunker which operates very similar to the Port-a-Fort. Once thrown, this item will spawn a bunker, which is great for building cover remarkably fast in any situation it is needed for. To complete this quest, simply find this new item and deploy it within any named location in the game. Port-a-Bunkers can be found as ground loot and in chests, so make sure to drop at a named location with an abundance of loot to increase your chances of finding one.

Eliminate an Enemy Player Within 5 Seconds After Sprinting While Chromed (0/1)

This quest requires you to eliminate a player within 5 seconds after sprinting while chromed. But how exactly do you become chromed? With the release of Fortnite Paradise, a new throwable item called Chrome Splashes was added to the game. When thrown onto a player they become chromed, which allows the player to turn into a sludge-like state when sprinting, offers increased movement speed, and grants them a secondary jump while in this form. This item can also chrome structures, which allows players to them phase through them. Simply chrome yourself with this item and eliminate a player within 5 seconds of sprinting. Chrome Splashes can be found in chests, as floor loot, or by destroying chromed objects.

Emote at The Flairship, The Driftwood, and No Sweat Insurance (0/3)

Emoting at different locations seems to be a common trend when it comes to weekly quests in Fortnite. To complete this quest and obtain that XP reward, simply head to these three locations and emote. Please note that this does not have to be done in a single match. Make sure that you keep up to date with the locations of all three of these landmarks throughout the season.

Evolve EvoChrome Weapons by Dealing Damage (0/5)

The EvoChrome Weapons refers to the new type of weapons added to the loot pool of Fortnite Paradise. These weapons are chrome in color and can be identified via the particle effect they give off as floor loot. To complete this challenge, simply evolve the weapon by dealing damage to either players or wildlife. You can track your evolution progress via the bar near your inventory slots. To evolve the weapon, simply reload your gun once your progress bar is filled. Repeat this step five times to complete your quest.

Knock down a Timber Pine and dislodge a Runaway Boulder in a single match (0/2)

Another fairly simple challenge. Timber Pines are the unique trees added with the launch of Chapter 3 and will tumble over once harvested by players. Runaway Boulders are simply boulders sitting atop a large pile of rocks and can be found atop hills and mountains. Simply dislodge both in a single match to complete this quest.

Purchase From a Mending Machine (0/1)

Another self-explanatory quest. Vending Machines are quite common and spawn in pretty much every town and gas station on the island. Vending Machines sell items for Gold, but Mending Machines can be identified for their property of selling only healing items. To complete this challenge, locate a Mending Machine and buy whatever is most useful.

Use Chrome Splash on a Structure and phase through it within 5 seconds (0/1)

Remember those Chrome Splashes? Well turns out you will have to use them again. Chrome Splashes are capable of chroming structures, and doing so allows players to phase through them. Complete this challenge by first chroming a structure with a Chrome Splash and then phase through that structure within 5 seconds by jumping into it.

Fortnite Paradise Week 1 Quests

Bust through a door at Cloudy Condos and No Sweat Insurance (0/2)

For this quest, players must head to Cloudy Condos and the No Sweat Insurance building. It does not matter which location you decide to travel to first, but to complete this quest, players must bust through a door at both of these locations. To bust through a door, simply sprint into a closed door.

Drive different types of chromed vehicles (0/3)

In this quest, players will need to make use of the new Chrome Splash item and are required to drive three unique chromed vehicles. To chrome a vehicle, first located a Chrome Splash by destroying chromed structures or opening chromed chests. Lustrous Lagoon, Herald’s Sanctum, and Shimmering Shrine are all filled with chromed structures and will be the best locations for finding Chrome Splashes. Once you’ve stocked up on a decent amount of Chrome Splashes, locate a car and throw this item onto it to create a chromed vehicle. Simply drive this vehicle and then repeat this for two other unique vehicles.

Dislodged a Runaway Boulder with a slide kick (0/1)

Epic Games have now given players the ability to deal 25 damage when sliding into objects or structures. To complete this quest, players will simply need to locate a Runaway Boulder, which is a boulder sitting atop a large pile of rocks and can be found atop hills and mountains. To dislodge a boulder, simply reduce the boulder base’s initial health from 180 to 0. Ensure that the final blow is produced by a slide kick to complete the challenge.

Hit opponents while sliding (0/10)

This quest will require you to damage a total of 10 opponents whilst sliding. The easiest method to progress through this quest is to slide whilst shooting your weapon at an opponent, repeating this method for a total of 10 times. However, any form of damage inflicted onto an enemy player whilst sliding will count.

Purchase an item from Panther, Mancake, or The Underwriter (0/1)

Simply purchasing an item from any one of these NPCs is enough to get that instant 20,000 XP reward. Each NPC spawns at its own designated location, but you will only need to travel to one of them and purchase an item, so ensure that you have enough gold to do so. Here is where you can find each NPC:

  • Panther: Gas Station north-west of Shimmering Shrine
  • Mancake: Rocky Reels
  • The Underwriter: No Sweat Insurance Building at Tilted Towers

Hunt different kinds of wildlife (0/3)

In order to gain that sweet XP reward, players will have to eliminate three different kinds of wildlife. As it stands, there are a number of different animals roaming around the Fortnite island. These are frogs, chickens, crows, wolves, and boars. Simply locate a weapon and eliminate three different types of animals to complete this quest.

Damage players with the Lever Action Shotgun or the Suppressed Submachine Gun (0/350)

This quest is pretty simple enough. Players will need to accumulate 350 damage in total with either a Lever Action Shotgun or a Suppressed Submachine Gun. To complete this quest in a short amount of time, make sure you carry both weapons in your inventory. With both weapons equipped, you can open a fight with your Lever Action Shotgun to deal some serious damage, and then switch to the Suppressed Submachine Gun to spray down your opponent whilst still racking up those numbers to complete this quest. Players average anywhere from 100 to 200 health, so eliminating two or three opponents with either weapon should be enough to get the job done.

Fortnite Paradise Week 2 Quests

Damage Players Within 5 Seconds of Mantling (0/350)

Kicking off this week’s quest, players are tasked with dealing a total of 350 damage to opponents and, in order for your progress to count, all inflicted damage must be done within 5 seconds of mantling. This quest seems pretty difficult as it can only be accomplished in certain scenarios where you are required to mantle over obstacles. Therefore it is recommended you carry a shotgun and an SMG as your swap weapon. When you encounter an enemy on an elevated surface, ensure you mantle up to them and fire off your shotgun to inflict some serious damage. Next, swap to your SMG to finish the job.

Deal Damage To Opponents With a Legendary Weapon (0/150)

Much like the previous quest, this one tasks players with dealing damage to enemy players, only this time it needs to be done with a legendary weapon. Players are tasked with dealing a total of 150 damage with a legendary weapon, which can be identified by its golden-colored hue. Due to the nature of this quest, you could complete it alongside the previous one. One elimination should be enough to obtain this quest XP reward as players tend to average anywhere from 100 to 200 health.

Eliminate Opponents While Chromed (0/3)

Haven’t made use of the new Chrome Splash yet? Well now is the time to do so. For this quest, players are tasked with eliminating three opponents in total while they are chromed. To become chromed, simply locate a Chrome Splash and throw it at your feet. Chrome Splashes can be found in chromed chests, but can also be obtained when harvesting chromed structures. When a player is chromed, they are capable of entering a blob-like form when sprinting which offers increased movement speed, a secondary jump, and the ability to phase through structures when they are jumped into. Simply eliminate 3 opponents in this state to complete this quest.

Emote For 5 Seconds in The Flairship (0/1)

Time to return to The Flairship again this week, which is the large blimp that was first found at Rave Cave. In order to gain that lucrative XP reward, emote inside The Flairship for a total of 5 seconds. It is recommended that you use a looping emote here as their duration will cover the 5 seconds required for this quest. Remember, the Flair Ship moves locations with each major update, so make sure to check back with this guide to find out its current location.

Gain Shields at the Reality Tree (0/75)

The Reality Tree seems to now be an overlooked location, so it is great to see it included in this week’s quests. To complete this quest, simply head over to the Reality Tree and gain a total of 75 shields. This can be done via shield consumable items. However, there is an abundance of mushrooms here that when bounced on that grant shield. Either method will, but the latter will probably be the most convenient as luck is not involved.

Mushrooms that grant shield can be found at Reality Tree

Open Chests or Ammo Boxes Inside The Driftwood (0/3)

This quest tasks players with opening a total of 3 ammo boxes or chests inside The Driftwood, which is the pirate ship first located at Lustrous Lagoon. This ship is quite lucrative, containing a secret vault that holds many chests and supply drops to those who gather a total of 2 keys to unlock it. Opening this vault will offer enough chests to complete the quest, but this method is rather counterproductive. Instead, land at The Driftwood and open the small number of ammo boxes and chests found outside of the vault.

Shoot Targets While Ziplining (0/3)

Put your marksman skills to the test now with the most unique out of all the 7 quests. In order to complete this one, players will need to shoot a total of three targets whilst ziplining. The locations of these targets vary, but can easily be found by hovering over this quest over in the Quest section of your menu. Carrying an assault rifle for this quest is recommended due to its range, ammo count, and stability.

Fortnite Paradise Week 3 Quests

Deal Damage To Opponents With A Marksman Rifle From At Least 75m Away (0/150)

To complete the very first quest, players will need to deal a total of 150 damage to players who are at least 75m away. There is currently only one marksman rifle in the game, and that is the Cobra DMR which is one of the many new things added to Fortnite with the recent v22.10 update. The Cobra DMR can be found as both floor loot and in chests, so be on the lookout for this weapon. Once found, all you have to do is deal a total of 150 damage to an opponent who is at least 75m away, so be sure to keep your distance. One kill should be enough to obtain your XP reward because the player usually averages anywhere from 100 to 200 health.

Deal Damage To Opponents with SMGs or Assault Rifles (0/1,000)

Another fairly simple quest. To obtain a large XP reward, players are tasked with dealing a total of 1,000 damage with either a submachine gun or an assault rifle. The Suppressed SMG, Rapid Fire SMG, Hammer Assualt Rifle, and Range Assualt Rifle are all viable choices for completing this quest, though damage dealt with the EvoChrome Burst Assault Rifle will also count toward your progress.

Deal Damage To Supply Llamas (0/500)

Hopefully, luck is on your side when playing Fortnite. This quest tasks players with dealing a total of 500 damage to Supply Llamas, which are the iconic pink and blue pinatas that contain heaps of materials, ammo, and healing items. Llamas can be found in random locations, and only 5 exist in a match of Battle Royale, so be on the lookout during your playthroughs. Once you find one, act fast, as a Supply Llama will flee once spooked and will disappear not too long after

Destroy Chrome Structures (0/100)

To complete this quest, players are tasked with destroying a total of 100 chrome structures, which refer to any structure that has been altered by Chrome. Chrome structures can be found in areas like Herald’s Sanctum or Lustrous Lagoon. However, players can also create chrome structures by throwing a Chrome Splash onto an existing structure.

Gain Shields From JellyFish, Shield Fish, or SlurpFish (0/200)

Time to grab your harpoon guns and fishing rods, for this quest required players to gain a total of 200 shield with either a JellyFish, Shield Fish, or SlurpFish. These three consumable items can be found in fishing pools within bodies of water, and are obtained by either a harpoon or a fishing rod. However, Shield Fish and SlurpFish can alternatively be found within Freezers.

Stage 1 of 2 – Land at The Driftwood

Heading to The Driftwood seems to be a common trend with this season’s weekly quests. This quest consists of two stages, the first being as simple as landing at The Driftwood which is the floating pirate ship that was originally found at Lustrous Lagoon. As of the release of these quests, The Driftwood can currently be found northwest of Flutter Barn, but be on the lookout as this ship will drift to other locations throughout the season.

The Driftwood is constantly moving throughout the season

Stage 2 of 2 – Collect 100 bars in a single match (0/100)

After landing at The Driftwood, players will then need to collect a total of 100 gold bars for that same match. Gold bars can be found in Chests, chairs, and beds, Supply Drops, and also within Safes. The High-Security Vault within The Driftwood contained numerous Safes, Chests, and Supply Drops, so if you have two keys then head below deck to obtain a lot of gold bars.

Gold Bars can be used to buy weapons from Vending Machines, NPCs, and can be used to upgrade loot at Upgrade Benches

Visit the Reality Tree and Herald’s Sanctum in a single match (0/2)

To conclude this week’s quests and claim your very last supply of XP, you will need to head to both Reality Tree and Herald’s Sanctum in a single match. Both locations are relatively far away from each other, so for added convenience locating a vehicle is recommended. For those of you looking to get this quest done quickly, head to Shroom Station and locate a vehicle before taking a short drive to Reality Tree. Once you have reached the Reality Tree, head to Herald’s Sanctum to complete the quest.

Fortnite Paradise Week 4 Quests

Deal Damage To Wildlife (0/1,000)

Kickstarting the Week 4 Quest is the common dealing damage to wildlife, only this time players are required to deal a total of 1,000 damage. Wildlife can be found around the island and come in many forms. Damage dealt to Wolves, Boars, Frogs, Sharks, Crows, and Chickens will count toward this quest’s progress. However, Wolves, Boars, and Sharks all have the highest amount of health, so singling these animals out will allow you to get the quest completed in record time.

Eliminate A Bounty Target With A Sniper Rifle or Marksman Rifle (0/1)

This quest may seem tedious for some due to the many requirements this quest has. Firstly, players will need to locate a Bounty Board (which can be found in all major POIs) and accept a bounty. Once a bounty target is given, the player will then need to locate a Sniper Rifle or a Marksman Rifle, if they have not already, and then track down their bounty target. The general location of a player’s bounty target is marked via a yellow circle on the map. All that is left to obtain your XP reward is to eliminate your bounty target with either a Sniper Rifle or a Marksman Rifle. The most commonly found Sniper Rifle for this season is the Hunter Bolt-Action Sniper, and the only available DMR in the game currently is the Cobra DMR. Either weapon is a viable choice to complete this quest.

Headshot opponents with the EvoChrome Shotgun or EvoChrome Burst Rifle (0/15)

Have you tried the new EvoChrome weapons in Fornite Paradise? Now is your chance, for players are required to headshot 15 opponents with either an EvoChrome Shotgun or an EvoChrome Burst Rifle to complete this quest. Either weapon is a viable choice. However, it is recommended that you carry both weapons to complete this quest, that way you can hit headshots both up close and far away. EvoChrome weapons can be found anywhere on the island, but Chrome Chests within locations such as Shimmering Shrines are guaranteed to drop such a weapon.

Open A Lock With A Key, And A Safe In A Single Match (0/2)

For this challenge, players will need to open a Lock with a key and also open a Safe both in a single match. Locks can be found on both High-Security and Low-Security Vaults, but can also be found on the new Holo-Chests. However, the best strategy for completing this quest is to head to a High-Security Vault because Safes are guaranteed to be found within them. Simply open the two Locks first to gain access to the vault and complete the first part of the quest, then head to the back of the Vault and open the Safe within. Not sure where to find the Vaults of Fortnite Paradise? Then check out the Vault Locations Guide here at KeenGamer.

Survive Storm Phases (0/10)

This quest is simple enough as players do not need to complete any specific actions in game. To claim your XP reward, simply survive 10 total storm phases. This can be done in multiple matches, so don’t feel pressured to go for the victory royale.

Throw A Launchpad At Flutter Barn Or Shimmering Shrine (0/1)

Time to use the newly added Throwable Launchpad now which was released to Fornite in the recent v22.10 October 11 hotfix. To complete this quest, players will first need to locate a Throwable Launchpad, which can commonly be found as ground loot, or within Chests and Supply Drops. Once you have obtained this item, head to either Flutter Barn or Shimmering Shrine and throw down the Launch Pad.

Port-A-Bunkers are probably the most unused items this season, but if players want their XP reward then they will have to equip them for the time being. For this quest, use A Port-A-Bunker once in two different matches. To use this item, simply throw it onto the ground to build a bunker.

Fortnite Paradise Week 5 Quests

Stage 1 of 2 Collect Bars To Spend In The Same Match (0/100)

This first quest of Week 5 consists of two stages, the first being to collect 100 Gold bars, and the second is to spend that 100 Gold Bars, both during the same match. Gold can be found in various harvestable items including beds, mattresses, and chairs. Gold can also be found in containers such as Chests, Cash Registers, Supply Drops. and Safes. Once you have gathered the necessary amount of Gold, proceed to spend that Gold at Vending Machines or purchase items from NPCs.

Deal Damage To Opponents From Above (0/500)

The regular ‘deal damage to opponents’ quest’ is a common theme when it comes to Fortnite‘s Weekly Quests, and often requires a certain criteria for players to meet. This time players will need to deal a total of 500 damage whilst being above their opponents. The best strategy to complete this quest is to head to high places. Areas like the Reality Tree, Cloudy Condos, and Flutter Barn all offer quite a bit of verticality, so you may find yourself above players a lot of the time at these locations. Simply building a tower and trading shots at other players is also a simple way of racking up damage also. However, the best strategy is to simply build above your opponent and land a headshot with a shotgun, dealing a serious amount of damage from above.

Deal Damage To Opponents With An Assault Rifle, Shotgun, and SMG in a Single Match (0/3)

Another fairly straightforward quest. Players will be required to deal damage with an Assault Rifle, Shotgun, and SMG all within the same game. This quest should be easy to complete because most players carry both an Assault Rifle and a Shotgun anyway. However, make sure to also located either a Suppressed SMG or a Rapid Fire SMG and deal damage with it. You can always discard it later once you are done. The best strategy to complete this quest is simply to utilize all multiple weapons when fighting a single opponent. For example, if a player is up close, first fire a shotgun round to deal some serious damage and then quickly switch to your SMG to deplete their remaining health. If a player is far away, then utilize your Assault Rifle to chip away at their health. You only need to land a single shot with each gun to complete this quest.

Eliminate Opponents At Reality Tree or Herald’s Sanctum (0/2)

This quest is rather simple in its delivery. All you have to do to claim your 20,000 XP reward is to head to either Reality Tree or Hearld’s Sanctum and eliminate a total of 2 players. This does not need to be done in the same match, so do not worry if you only manage to get one elimination at a time. However, the best strategy is to land at these locations early game as they both tend to be contested. When dropping at these locations, make sure to land directly onto a weapon and then focus your attention on shooting down gliding players or those who are busy looting.

Gain Health Or Shields By Bouncing On Bouncy Slurpshrooms While Chromed (0/1)

Bouncy Slurpshrooms are the blue glowing mushrooms found within the mushroom biome portions of the Fortnite island that, once bounced on, will launch players into the air whilst restoring a portion of their health or shield. However, bouncing on this mushroom is not enough to complete this quest, for players are required to be Chromed whilst doing so. Therefore players will need to utilize a Chrome Splash to become Chromed. Simply throw the Chrome Splash to your feet and once your character takes on a chrome appearance, head to a Bouncy Slurpshroom and bounce on it.

Use D-Launchers (0/3)

D-Launchers are stationary devices that will launch players through the air when stepped on. To complete this quest, simply walk onto three D-Launchers. They can be found in a variety of different locations, the current ones being:

  • Cloudy Condos
  • Flutter Barn
  • Fort Jonesy
  • Herald’s Sanctum
  • Lustrous Lagoon
  • Shimmering Shrine
  • Shiny Sound
  • Tilted Towers

Stage 1 of 2- Visit Cloudy Condos then Reality Tree in a Single Match

This quest consists of two tasks, the first heading to Cloudy Condos, and the second being the Reality Tree, both of which have to be done in the same game. It is imperative that players head to Cloud Condos first, before migrating over to Reality Tree, otherwise you will not complete the quest. The best strategy is to land directly near one of the balloons keeping the location afloat and then take the zipline through the balloon to redeploy your glider. Head to the closest Chromed Whirlpool to get yourself a little more height to travel through the air longer, and once you hit the ground initiate sprint, because you will be Chromed and sprinting while Chromed offers you increased movement speed and a secondary jump ability. If you can locate a vehicle along the way, take it to Reality Tree. Once you have reached your destination, you will be rewarded with 20,000 XP.

Accept a Bounty From a Bounty Board Within 30 Seconds of Landing (0/1)

This quest will have players rushing to all areas of the map this week in order to claim a bounty from a Bounty Board. The catch? Well, you have to do it within 30 seconds of landing. Catch a Gun While Fishing (0/1)

This task is pretty straightforward and tasks players with catching a single gun whilst fishing. All players should be familiar with the fishing system that was implemented back in Chapter 2, which allows players to utilize a fishing rod or harpoon gun to catch fish and other items at Fishing Spots. Fishing Spots appear in random bodies of water around the map but notably spawn in lakes, rivers, and the ocean surrounding the island. The quickest way to complete this challenge is to locate a harpoon gun (found within Fishing Barrels or as ground loot) as they are faster at catching items from Fishing Spots than Fishing Rods. Next, locate a Fishing Spot and fish away!

Deal Damage To Opponents While At Max Health And Shields (0/200)

For this quest, players will need to deal a total of 200 damage to enemy players whilst having a total of 100 health and 100 shield. Whilst this quest is likely to be completed by players who just passively play the game if you are looking to unlock that 20,000 XP reward quickly, make sure you have full health and shield before fighting enemy players. A simple way to complete this challenge is to deal damage to players from afar with an assault rifle. This way you minimize the risk of taking damage. A total of two eliminations should be enough to complete this quest as players tend to average anywhere from 100 to 200 health.

Eliminate an Opponent Before the First Storm Phase Begins (0/1)

This is a fitting quest for all the aggressive players dropping onto the Fortnite island. To earn your XP reward, you will be tasked with eliminating an enemy player before the first storm phase begins, which occurs 1 minute after the Battlebus’ last stop. The best way to complete this quest is to immediately drop at a popular drop location, search for a weapon, and shoot at the very first player you come across.

Fall 7 Stories Or More In Chrome Blob Form (0/1)

Usually, you’ll avoid falling 7 stories in Fortnite as it would lead to a quick trip back to the lobby. But, for this quest, players are required to do just that while in Blob Form. The enter Blob Form players will need to sprint whilst Chromed, and to become Chromed players will have to find a Chrome Splash and throw it at their feet. The simplest way to complete this quest is to build up 7 stories, enter Blob Form, and then jump off your makeshift tower. If you find that you have no materials in your inventory, then heading to an area like Lustrous Lagoon can be a great alternative due to the high verticality this location’s cliffsides provide.

Land at The Tilted Towers, Then Finish Rank 10 or Better (0/1)

This quest consists of two stages. First, players will need to land at Tilted Towers at the start of a match. Once done, players will then need to reach the top ten of that same game in order to fully complete the quest. Having difficulty completing this quest alone? Then perhaps squad up with friends to take the load off. If you are a solo player, then playing passively and avoiding gunfights may just be your best bet.

Phase Through A Chrome Wall And Deal Damage To An Opponent Within 30 Seconds (0/75)

To complete the last quest of Week 6, players are tasked with dealing a total of 75 damage within 30 seconds of phasing through a Chrome wall. You can Chrome structures with a Chrome Splash, and then phase through them by pressing the jump button. This challenge can be quite difficult as it is quite situational. However, one way in which players can easily complete this quest is by first Chroming a player’s box (which is a common building tactic), phasing through the build, and then opening the gunfight with a Shotgun. Shotguns will be the go-to weapon for this quest as a well-placed shot will rack up a tonne of damage.

Fortnite Paradise Week 7 Quests

Damage Opponents With Pistols, Harvesting Tools, Or Grenades (0/500)

Kickstarting the Week 7 Quests, players will need to deal a whole lot more damage (500 to be exact) with pistols, harvesting tools, or grenades. All three items are not exactly the go-to choice for most players, but if you want to obtain your first 20,000 XP this week, then you are going to have to utilize these items. Damaging players with a harvesting tool is not exactly recommended as you will rack up a measly 20 damage per hit, not to mention that you have to be quite close to an enemy to pull it off. But, eliminating a downed player with your harvesting tool can allow you to get an easy 100 damage in duos, trios, and squads.

Fortnite wolf locations chapter 3 season 4
Fortnite wolf locations chapter 3 season 4

Grenades can deal a tonne of damage to players

The quickest and easiest way to complete this challenge is by utilizing pistols and grenades, which both can be found as ground loot as common items. Pistols are effective at close to mid-range and will provide you with the most consistent damage output out of the three options. Make sure to close the distance between you and enemy players to minimize damage drop-off and make it easier to land your shots. Carrying a grenade for this challenge is a must due to the massive amounts of damage it can deal to opponents. In occasions where enemies are boxed up, or inside enclosed spaces like houses, make sure to toss in a few grenades. If they are close enough to your grenade once it detonates, you will deal quite a lot of damage.

Damage Opponents With Ranged Weapons While Riding Wildlife (0/200)

Like many of this week’s quests, this quest will task you with dealing a whole lot of damage to opponents, only this time it will need to be done with ranged weapons whilst riding wildlife. There are currently two animals that can be ridden in Fortnite, these are Boars and Wolves. Either will do for this quest. Once you have located one of these animals, you can mount it by jumping onto its back. Now that you are riding either a wolf or a boar, it’s time to deal some damage with ranged weapons. Any ranged weapon will count, but the best choice will be the Hammer Assault Rifle due to its damage consistency and capabilities of dealing moderate damage at all ranges. Remember, this quest requires 200 damage to complete whilst riding wildlife, so one or two eliminations should be enough to complete this challenge in solos. If you are in duos, downing and then eliminating a player will be more than enough.

Damage Opponents With Shotguns (0/500)

This quest is pretty straightforward, and to gain an additional 20,000 XP this week, you will need to deal a total of 500 damage with Shotguns. Most players will complete this challenge by playing Fortnite passively, as Shotguns then be the go-to weapon of choice for most players. There are plenty of viable shotguns in Fortnite currently. The Ranger Shotgun is a single-shot, break-action shotgun that deals the most damage among all Shotguns from mid-to-long ranges, and it is exceptionally strong up close. While this Shotgun might be an excellent choice, you will need to reload after every shot. The Evochrome Shotgun is great for its fast rate of fire, and the Lever Shotgun is great to attack enemies who ambush you due to its quick pull-out speed. Whatever weapon you choose is up to you, but the best option in terms of damage may well be the Ranger Shotgun.

Deal Damage to Opponents At Loot Lake (0/200)

Quests that request you to deal damage to enemy players seem to be the trend this week. For this specific quest, you will need to deal a total of 200 damage to enemy opponents whilst at Loot Lake. This small island is a fan-favorite location among the Fortnite community and can be found north of Tilted Towers. The quickest strategy to completing this quest is to land at this location at the start of a match and quickly locate a weapon. The reason for this is that players are likely to start looting this area early game before leaving for other areas. Therefore, catching players whilst they are looting will be the most optimal strategy for racking up damage quickly.

Enter A Chrome Vortex (0/1)

This quest is quite easy to complete, as all you need to do is enter one Chrome Vortex. A Chrome Vortex is a tornado-like structure that is commonly used to fast-travel from one location to the next. Once entered, you will be taken up into the air allowing you to glide through the air. You will also be chromed whilst doing so. Chrome Vortexes are pretty easy to spot, and more have been popping up around the island as the season progresses.

As of Week 7, a Chrome Vortex can be found at Shiny Sound

Pick Fruit From Reality Saplings (0/3)

Reality Saplings were a major addition to Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3, and are special containers that players can plant during a match. The special thing about Reality Saplings is that they will stay on the map between matches and will slowly grow fruit that contains loot once picked. The rarity of this loot can be increased once you clean the weeds from this area, and you can do this multiple times across several matches to upgrade the fruit of a Reality Sapling all the way to Mythic. To complete this quest, you will need to pick 3 pieces of fruit from a Reality Sapling. This is pretty easy to do as most saplings tend to have 3 pieces of fruit (unless it is in the process of growing lost fruit or contains a Mythic fruit), and you are capable of picking the fruit from other players’ saplings. If you cannot find another person’s sapling, or you have not already planted one yourself, then located a Reality Seed Pod, break it, and use the dropped seeds to plant one. Once grown, you can pick all 3 pieces of fruit to complete your quest.

Search Chests at Flutter Barn or Shiny Sound (0/5)

To conclude this week’s quests, you are given another fairly simple task, which is to open a total of 5 chests at either Flutter Barn or Shiny Sound. Both locations have a tonne of chests, so whichever POI you decide to drop at is entirely up to you. The quickest way to complete this quest is to drop straight to either one of these locations and open as many chests as you can. Deal Damage To Opponents Using Shotguns From 15 Meters Away Or Less (0/100)

The second Week 8 quest tasks players with dealing a total of 100 damage to players, who are within 15 meters or less, with a Shotgun. This quest, again, will surely be completed easily by passive players as the go-to weapon in Fortnite is usually a Shotgun. When playing Battle Royal, be sure to locate a Shotgun and utilize it against enemies at close range. One elimination should be enough to complete this quest, as most players tend to have 100-plus health anyway. However, any damage dealt to opponents who are more than 100 meters away will not count.

To obtain a Fire Fly Jar, head over to a FireFly and press the interact button. A FireFly Jar should be added to your inventory. Alternatively, FireFly Jars can be found as ground loot. Know how to ping items in Fortnite? For this quest, you will need to mark a weapon, a vehicle, and a fish all in a single match. The best way to complete this quest is to head to a location that has all of these items within its vicinity. Here at KeenGamer, we recommend you head to Shiny Sound. There are plenty of weapons and vehicles at Shiny Sound, and you are sure to find a fish within the Ice Machines near the gas station. Also, while you are there, you can start making progress on your next quest. Simply mark all three to complete this quest and claim your XP reward.

Search Produce Boxes, Ice Machines, or Coolers (0/5)

Produce Boxes, Ice Machines, and Coolers, are all unique Containers that hold consumable items. For this quest, you are tasked with opening a total of 5. There isn’t exactly a go-to method for completing this quest, as all three containers can be found at pretty much every location. However, gas stations are common around the island and will guarantee an Ice Machine within their vicinity. Well, while you are there then you might as well head to the gas station to locate either one of these items. Kickstarting the Week 9 Quests we have another dealing damage quest, only this time players will need to deal a total of 200 damage with a Suppressed Submachine Gun. The Suppressed Submachine Gun is a fairly easy weapon to obtain and can be found as ground loot and within Chests. When completing this challenge, prioritize using the Suppressed SMG up close, as this is where it is most effective. One or two eliminations with this weapon should be enough as players tend to average anywhere from 100 to 200 health.

This quest is fairly simple to complete but will require an element of luck to pull off. Currently, there are three glowing animal variants that you can come across: Chickens, Crows, and Sharks. All three of these glowing variants will drop loot upon being eliminated, the rarity of which corresponds with the color aura they emit. Crows are the easiest to eliminate and the most common to find, so be on the lookout for glowing Crows during your matches.

Loot A Legendary Weapon From An Eliminated Player (0/1)

This next quest also requires a variable in luck to complete it because it tasks you with looting a legendary weapon from an eliminated player. The most surefire way of completing this quest is to eliminate a player yourself and loot a legendary weapon from them. However, this is not guaranteed. So, you can guard key areas of interest (such as vault location) where players are sure to find Legendary weapons. Once the player loots this area, ambush them and steal their loot.

To complete this challenge, players will need to deal a total of 150 damage to enemy players with either weapon. EvoChrome weapons can be found within Chromed Chests, which naturally spawn within Chromed locations. Most locations now have been altered by the Chrome as it shouldn’t be too hard to find what you are looking for.
