Care instructions to make laundry day a breeze

The softest sheets, wash after wash

Before you put your new sheets on your bed, make sure to wash and dry them. We recommend washing your PureCare sheets separately on cool or warm settings. Then, simply tumble dry on low until completely dry.

Our fade-free promise ensures that the beneficial properties of the responsive fibers in our sheets won’t wash out, lasting the lifetime of the product.

Plus, the antimicrobial properties on our treated products remain active for over 50 washings and never impact the comfort or softness of our fabrics.

We are always looking for ways to help you create a cleaner sleep environment. That’s why every Pure Silk pillowcase comes with a complimentary mesh wash bag.

To launder, turn your Pure Silk pillowcase inside out, and then place it inside your mesh wash bag. Wash separately on cold, delicate settings, and then hang or lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Do not dry clean your silk. With proper care, your Pure Silk pillowcase will keep its luxurious feel wash after wash.

Gently blot the stained area with a clean towel as soon as possible before it dries.

You can make your own gentle silk stain remover out of a couple tablespoons of either white vinegar or lemon juice, mixed with equal parts lukewarm water.

Test the solution on a small, inconspicuous area of the silk before dabbing the stain with it using a clean cloth. Do not rub the stain.

Then wash your silk pillowcase as usual, inside your Pure Silk wash bag on delicate with cold water. Hang or lay flat to air dry.

How often do you wash your pillow?

Most people don’t realize you can (and should) wash your pillows. Below are some general care guidelines; however be sure to reference the individual product label for specific instructions.

Hybrid

Included in our Hybrid Collection of pillows is our unique SoftCell® pillows. To launder, simply unzip the pillow cover and remove the internal layers. Machine wash the pillow cover on a warm, gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low until thoroughly dry.

Latex

Before laundering, simply remove the latex core layer. Machine wash the cover on a warm, gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low until thoroughly dry.

Memory Foam

For a cleaner sleep surface, wash your pillow cover weekly by simply removing the memory foam layer. Launder the cover only on a warm, gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low until thoroughly dry.

Down Alternative

Our 100% down alternative pillows are completely washable for optimal freshness. To launder, simply machine wash on a warm, gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low until thoroughly dry.

How to care for your weighted blanket

Our 15 lb and 20 lb weighted blankets are spot clean only and should not be placed in the washing machine or dryer.

Layer on a duvet cover for easy washing:

We’ve thoughtfully designed our duvet covers to pair perfectly with our 15 lb and 20 lb weighted blankets. The velvety soft cover is 100% washable for a cleaner, more hygienic surface. Simply wash separately on a warm, gentle cycle and tumble dry on low until completely dry.

Can mattress protectors be washed?

Can You Wash a Mattress Protector? You sure can! Most quality mattress protectors make washing your mattress protector as easy as cleaning your regular sheets. In general, that means you can pop it right into your washer and dryer without thinking much of it.

How do you clean a waterproof mattress protector?

Place your Waterproof Mattress Protector or Deep Pocket version in the washing machine with eco-friendly laundry detergent. Use the gentle/delicates or low setting on your washer with cold water. Remove promptly from your washer when the cycle is complete and place in the dryer on low (use dryer balls, if possible).
