How do I know my username and password for Cricket?To retrieve your username:. Select Forgot Username on the Sign In page.. Enter your Cricket phone number and check the CAPTCHA box to prove you're human.. Select Get Username. You will receive a text message with your username.. How do I log into myCricket app?(1) To login, enter User ID and Password for your Administrator User Account with the club/association. Your User account needs Results Manager role assigned to it. If not, the app won't let you log in to score the match. Contact the Principle Administrator at your club/association to get access to use the app.
Why can't I access myCricket account?For security reasons your account will be locked after 5 successive unsuccessful login attempts. Before this happens you should use the Forgot Your Password feature from the login page to generate a password reminder email - enter your email address.
