If you want to get it out of the way you can use the video below for a good location to simply donut the Batmobile until the achievement unlocks. One trick you can use is to blow your afterburner to achieve more speed, this is also helpful as drifting will refill your afterburner meter. So if your meter immediately begins to refill you will know you are successfully drifting.

You have to drive into it and not just do plain donuts. I recommend going to the open area at the movie studio. Drive straight for a couple seconds and then go into donuts
