Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2022 Seems to be about a third less product from getting it in store but might be me ???? Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2020 Quick blue is a a great bleaching powder! When it is mixed well, and applied thoroughly/evenly you shouldn't have any dark spots or light spots. Unless your hair was bleached in the past and some partners where not processed or over processed (or both). Always wear gloves when bleaching your hair. This definitely bleached cloths and towels as well so I would recommend using a t-shirt and towel you don't mind getting bleach spots on. Also like most chemical hair products it will give off fumes. So it is best to bleach your hair in a well ventilated area of your house. My bathroom has no windows so what I do is keep the door open, turn on the ventilator, open up all the windows in my bedroom (bedroom leads into the bathroom) and for good measure a fan helps as well. Does Quick blue bleach work?This really works! I have dark black hair that has been colored before and this really lightened my hair to a blonde color on the first try. I used a 30 volume developer and only left it for about 35 minutes to dye my ends. I recommend buying the bucket instead of the small packs if you have long or thick hair.
How long does it take for bleach to activate?Bleach solutions require a full 10 minutes of contact time to ensure complete disinfection. If bleach solution evaporates in less than 10 minutes, a greater volume of solution should be applied.
Can you use bleach after 2 hours?The maximum amount of time you should leave bleach on your hair is 30 minutes. Any longer than that and you run the risk of serious damage, including brittle strands.
