How many chapters are in year 6 of Hogwarts Mystery?

Another year has concluded in Hogwarts Mystery meaning there is only one left. They slowly released this chapter as they started to do in year 4, so it takes longer to complete. Since friends often end up asking you about previous years or you need to recall things that happened in the past I wanted to create this little overview of what happened during the sixth year in Hogwarts Mystery as I have done with every year in the past.

Classes and things you’ll learn during your sixth year:

• Potions: Wound-Cleaning Potion, Cheese-Based Potions, Laughing Potion, Cough Potion, Dreamless Sleep Potion, and Regerminating Potion.
• Charms: Drought Charm, Knitting Charm, Relashio (earned when you reach level 10 friendship with Fred Weasley), Bubble Head Charm, Gouging Charm, Flipendo Maxima, Blackboard Writing Spell, and Cleaning Charm.
• Flying: Wollongong Shimmy, Taking Passengers, Strong Braking, Riding Facing Backwards, and Broom Casting.
• Transfigurations: Cauldron Cakes to Cabbages, Teacup Into Gerbil, Avis, Pawn to Queen, and Flobberworm to Fritter.
• Herbology: Fluxweed, Knotgrass, Bouncing Bulb, Sneezewort, and Whomping Willow.
• Care of Magical Creatures: Glumbumble, Diricawl, Fwooper, Moke, Thestral, and Jackalope.
• Defense Against the Dark Arts: Ear-Shrivelling Charm, Langlock, Sea Urchin Jinx, Cave Inimicum, Levicorpus (earned when you reach level 10 friendship with George Weasley), and Banshees.
• History of Magic: Uprising of Elfric the Eager, History of Wandlore, Witch Trials of 1692, Wendelin the Weird, Gargoyle Strike of 1911, and Dissolving the Wizard’s Council.
• Divinations: Palmistry, Tessomancy, Cartomancy, Crystal-gazing, Numerology, and Xylomancy.
• Astronomy: Lunar Phases.

NOTE: I STOPPED PLAYING THIS MOBILE GAME, SO THE YEAR IS INCOMPLETE. BUT I WILL LEAVE THE POST UP.

Summer is over and everyone is still reeling from Rakepick’s betrayal in the vaults. You have been sworn to secrecy by Mad Eye Moody who you talk to at Hog’s Head after catching up with your friends before learning that Ben has completely changed his personality over the summer, from being scared by everything to being scared by nothing. Merula has also changed over the summer and wants to kill Rakepick using any means possible. So, basically Merula from year one but more ruthless.

Penny, on the other hand, is worried about Beatrice, who has changed since being trapped in a portrait for an entire year. She ends up becoming friends with Ismelda Murk and styling her hair more like her as well. After failing to convince Beatrice that Hogwarts is safe, she calls you to the courtyard with Snape that there is a new curse at the school where a student has become a stone statue.

After discovering the newest curse it’s off to Professor Trelawney’s class (Divination) where you will have your tea leaves read. Similar to Harry Potter’s experience she has a prophecy for you. One that’s rather vague involving murky water, final curse and the ultimate sacrifice. You’ll team up with Charlie only to end up researching with Percy in the library until the group is interrupted by George and Fred who are now first year students at Hogwarts. Percy and Charlie leave to go study more and you head to the Forbidden Forest to talk about Divination with Torvus. Since centaurs are masters at reading the future to gain some clarity on what you were told by Professor Trelawney.

Torvus, unfortunately, cannot make headway on the prophecy from Professor Trelawney and you will need help from the herd. However, they will not just hear from anyone and they especially do not like outsiders. So you are tasked with finding gifts that will please the herd. The first is herbs from the Herbology classroom of which you get three options:

1. Sage: has mundane and magical uses including use in divination.
2. Dittany: contains healing properties
3. Lavender: has a variety of uses including insect repellent.

Next, you’ll get some rock cakes from Hagrid. And lastly, a special star chart from Badeea. These three gifts impress Torvus, he even makes a joke they don’t actually like the rock cakes either but it is a sign that you know someone liked by the herd. So, they will allow you into the camp to present the gifts for a chance for them to judge you on if they will help with deciphering the prophecy. The centaurs need more time to figure out the prophecy, so you head to Dumbledore to discuss your friends. Including Ben who threatened Mundungus Fletcher, who ends up spilling about some wizard in white robes. Who Dumbledore thinks might be a dark wizard from Japan (who attended Mahoutokoro).

Bill shows up to surprise everyone with lessons on Defense Against the Dark Arts since your teacher doesn’t actually teach you anything. Percy shows up after informing everyone that the twins, Fred and George, have gone missing. You first check the Grand Hall to see if anyone has seen them then can go with either Bill to the courtyard or Charlie to the Grand Stairwell to search for them. Either way, the next step is the Gryffindor Common Room where you discover a dungbomb has been set off clearing the space. After you’ll head to Peeves’ room where he informs you the twins have gone into the Forbidden Forest, where you’ll find them unharmed in the Red Cap hole. Apparently they went there after spotting your brother. After a wild goose chase you find your brother, but he doesn’t stick around past letting you know he’s find and going after Rakepick. Merula also seems to have developed a bit of a crush on him.

Merula warns you that your popularity at Hogwarts is gone and everyone is obsessed with the new first year student, Cedric Diggory. Who doesn’t seem to want all of the attention though everyone hangs out around him chiming in on how great he is. Your character can either be cool with his arrival or get jealous over it. After meeting him, you notice Sickleworth (Rakepick’s niffler) running by with a white feather. You chase after him stopping by the Care of Magical Creatures padlock then the medical wing then Jacob’s closet, where you also find your brother. The white feather is transfigured into a message from R stating that this year someone will die.

Your brother is going to continue on after the wizard in the white robe, while you’re going to go find the source of the feather by taking a trip to the Owlery where you run into Talbott. The white eagle owl however is no where to be found so you head to the Forbidden Forest, but you are too late. The white eagle owl flies away before you get close enough to Liz Tuttle. She recommends heading to Hogsmead Train Station to search, Tonks ends up joining you to search in the shadows for the white eagle owl. However, it’s not at the station so you end up going to Hog’s Inn to talk with Dumbledore’s brother. Only to learn this bird belongs to Rakepick or someone associated with her.

Since you can’t find Rakepick but do have the a letter than indicates R still wants to kill one of your friends. You decide it’s best to find out where Rakepick is to stop her. This means beating her to the last cursed vault. And you learn that she is after her dark objects that were left in her classroom. Only they ended up being moved to the Ministry of Magic according to Dumbledore. Meaning… you guessed it… it’s time to break into the Ministry of Magic, because why stop at breaking school rules let’s break the law. So, you track down a seller of an invisibility cloak. Only your friend Jae has pissed them off and it’s up to your character to make it better. In order to do this you need to brew a love potion with the help of Penny, which requires the ingredients of rose thorns, peppermint, powdered moonstone, and pearl dust. These last three ingredients Rowan assists you with collecting. Once everything is gathered, Penny helps you brew the potion as you help her sort of her issues with Beatrice. You can either tell her to give Beatrice the space she wants or to “stick together.”

Then you give the love potion over to Alistair in exchange for the invisibility cloak. However, before you’re going to break into the Ministry of Magic, you need to test it out and practice not getting caught while using the cloak. So, you go around Hogwarts listening in on various professors including:

• Professor McGonagall & Professor Flitwick talking about the new exchange student from Castelobruxo arriving that day in addition to the dark wizard from Mahoutokoro still at large.
• Hagrid and Professor Kettleburn discussing the Grindylows in Black Lake are behaving aggressively.
• Professor Binns and Madam Pince discussing a research project Patricia Rakepick was looking into prior to her departure on the Merpeople.

Then it’s time for one last spot which is Hog’s Head Inn to eavesdrop on dark witches and wizards only to be discovered by Mad-Eye Moody. Who informs you it won’t work against the Ministry since they are trained to look out for that type of thing.

He warns you that the assassin is related the ‘R’ organization that Rakepick is part of and they are after you. Your character starts to debate if leaving Hogwarts would be the best solution, which you talk over with your friends (Merula, Tonks, Barnaby, Penny, Charlie, and Ben). Ben ends up attacking Charlie for agreeing that leaving Hogwarts might be best for you since Charlie doesn’t want anymore of his siblings hurt over the cursed vaults. You can either side with Ben or Charlie in this situation. Ben will end up taking you to the Spider Den where he has been attacking the Acromantulas. After dueling the Acromantula until it’s unconscious you can either state you support the new Ben or state you miss the way he used to be. He takes you to Cedric, who is in the dueling club with Ben and Diego, who states that he sees nothing wrong with Ben.

The two of you (Cedric) go to help Madam Pomfrey in the infirmary with the students that were turned to stone. Afterwards, she requests that more Pepperup Potions are made. Since Cedric doesn’t know how to create these, you’ll head off to find Penny for assistance who is still struggling with her sister. But first all of the Weasley brothers want your attention so you need to talk with them first and help them with their many issues including a prank on Filch that the twins don’t want to get busted for and a missing rat (surprise, surprise) for Percy. Charlie and Bill take care of the matter, so you can join Penny with brewing the potions. When you finish, Snape comes in and announces something awful has happened. It turns out Madam Pomfrey has been petrified in the Hospital Wing, and Cedric didn’t notice anything happen while he was there with her. One minute she was fine and the next she was stone. This is the first professor to be cursed.

Dumbledore announces that it is forbidden to leave the castle grounds after this due to the danger of the Wizard in the White Robe, and the growing threat of the Stone Curse. Of course, your character isn’t going to listen to this. After a lesson from Bill and some light research in the library, it’s off to Black Lake with Beatrice who sneaks out with you in the Invisibility Cloak. After searching the lake shore and finding nothing you decide to go back to the castle only to be attacked briefly by the Wizard in the White Robe. Which was the wizard that escaped on his journey to Azkaban.

Chiara assists with healing you, so you don’t have to tell a professor that you stuck off castle grounds. Granted, Dumbledore already knows and gives you detention with Beatrice in the kitchens. Penny arrives to learn what happens either from your character or Jae depending on your choice. Which Penny will be mad at considering her little sister joined you. After serving detention, it’s off to talk to Talbott who spotted the white owl in the owlery before it left leaving the letters behind.

However, they are in Japanese so you need to translate them in the library and learn there are white quills hidden at the Black Lake. Which is a warning about dementors and that the white robed wizard should stay near Hogwarts until further instructions are provided. Dumbledore is aware of this and warns students to cooperate with the Aurors and not to get in the way of the dementors. One of which is Mad-Eye Moody, who let’s you know that your brother was at the lakeshore when you were attacked and drove that wizard away, but he has since left to meet R in the forbidden forest.

Ben and Merula assist you with coming up for a strategy to go to the forest grove in search of Jacob (your brother). After upgrading the flipendo charm to do more damage, you do one of two things:

1. If you already have your patronus, you will meet up with Tonks to discuss the possibility of facing a swarm of dementors. And she makes you promise not to do anything dangerous.
2. If you do not have one, you will see Flitwick about charm. Though he will explain that he cannot simply teach you Patronus Charm because it requires a lot of time and effort in order to learn such a powerful spell.

Then the three of you sneak off campus. You manage to find one of the cursed artifacts that belong to Rakepick.

Only before you have a chance to leave you are surrounded by dementors as Tonks had warned. Your patronus is not enough to keep them at by; however, someone else with a lioness patronus is.

That’s right it’s Rakepick. She’s back and she wants to finish things that were started in the previous vault. Madam Rakepick will deflect Merula’s attacks with ease before knocking her off her feet first before turning her attention towards your character. After starting to attack your character and breaking through your protection shield, Ben steps in as your protector. He does alright at first with holding her off, then she’ll start relentlessly attacking him before things take a very dark turn.

Rakepick after Ben’s last attack is royally pissed off and decides to break out the Unforgiveable Curse, Avada Kedavra. However, out of no where Rowan appears and pushes Ben out of the way preventing the curse from hitting him. Leaving Ben, Merula, and your character in a state of shock over their death. Rakepick satisfied with the outcome and promise that one of your friends would die that year disapparates away. Your character, not knowing what the unforgiveable curse is, questions if there is a way to undo the effects. But there is not.

Before I get into the rest of the story, I want to pause for a minute to share my thoughts… as I had a lot at this part. For starters, I thought they were going to pull a Prisoner of Akzaban moment and the stronger patronus was going to be your own from a future version that came back to save the day. Or you would go into the forest to find Jacob dead. Or Jacob would be the one to jump in front of the curse, not Rowan. That surprised me. And it doesn’t seem like this is going to be reversed, as her character card says “Rowan may be gone, but friendship is forever.” Plus, you can’t completely reverse this one as she wasn’t on the brink of death then saved. She was shown dead. So, yeah… that shocked me. RIP Rowan.

Dumbledore gathers everyone in the Great Hall for a farewell to Rowan. And has canceled lessons to allow the Hogwarts community to grieve. He raises his wand to honor Rowan’s memory, and the rest of the school and faculty follow suit.

Afterwards, you talk to Charlie about why Rowan was in the forest in the first place. Apparently he had told Rowan what was going on with R and Rakepick. Rowan wanted to protect you and had been secretly following you to ensure your safety, so they had gone into the forest that night as well after you. Informing Charlie they were going to do so. Charlie feels guilty over this because Rowan may not have gone if Charlie hadn’t informed her of what was happening. Tonks comes to inform you that everyone is supposed to go to their common room, and that they are sorry for your loss as Rowan was your closest friend… your first friend since going to Hogwarts.

The next part varies based on your house, but I’m going to keep this generic on what happens across all the houses. The head of house informs everyone that the fugitive has left Hogwarts and the dementors have followed suit in search of him. Meaning students are now allowed to leave the grounds, and everyone decides to go to Three Broomsticks for butterbeer and share memories of Rowan. Though the mood improves, it’s still sad and your character states they can’t remember the last time they spent true quality time with Rowan. Which Jae will remind you it was when you made the love potion together. If you let Rowan accompany you, your character will have a fond memory of that.

After thanking your friends, it’s back to Hogwarts to check on Ben as he didn’t show up for butterbeer. He’s in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom with Merula discussing a way to honor Rowan’s memory. Merula wants to kill Rakepick and Ben isn’t in the mood to talk. But eventually he agrees that he wants to see Rakepick punished, and he’s struggling to deal with the fact that Rowan saved him. After convincing him that something needs to be done, the three of you decide to start your own secret organization.

So, almost everyone gathers at Hog’s Head Inn where your character informs them that the professors cannot know what you’re about to say. Which is that Rakepick killed Rowan and the only way to move forward is to take action as the secret organization called Circle of Khanna. You also inform them about ‘R’ and where the final vault is located (Black Lake). Everyone in attendance agrees to be part of the organization.

Penny and Beatrice make up afterwards in the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom. After you’re summoned by Jae to the Transfiguration classroom where all the troublemakers/pranksters including the Weasley Twins are working on disguises and magical ways to conceal themselves to infiltrate ‘R’. Next, you’ll head to the Padlock to assist the animal lovers find their missing murtlap named Hester as they are planning on using these creatures to fight off the grindylows. Then you’ll head to the library to learn that Badeea and Talbott have been working out a magical map of Black Lake in search of the final vault. Last, you’ll go to the training grounds where the duellers (Cedric, Ben and Diego) are practicing. However, this leads Cedric to need to go to the Hospital Wing. And McGonagall informs you that Dumbledore wishes to speak with you.

Turns out Dumbledore just wanted to see how you were doing with the loss of Rowan, and isn’t aware of the secret organization yet. You will answer his question by pointing out that the person responsible for Rowan’s death should be brought to justice. Still, the Headmaster will be very concerned about your wellbeing. You have two options to respond with. None of these will have any significant influence on the story, so feel free to pick either one. Professor Dumbledore will tell you that he also lost someone very dear to him and he’ll offer to share some of his wisdom with you.

Learning to accept your loss is an important part of the grieving process. But pushing yourself to move on too soon can be just as harmful as not moving on at all. That is why I encourage you to focus on grieving. I encourage you to take time to embrace and accept your feelings. It will not make you miss them less. You will likely always feel their absence. But it will help ease some of the hurt.

Dumbledore, Hogwarts Mystery, Year 6 Chapter 21

Next, Mad Eye Moody wants to talk at Three Broomsticks and he asks if you’re blaming him for not doing enough to prepare you. You have two options to respond with. These won’t have any meaningful influence on the story, so feel free to pick the one you prefer. After he’ll ask you about your plans on moving forward, which you explain about the Circle of Khanna.

After it’s time to check in on Cedric in the hospital wing where Chiara is tending to patients in the absence of Madam Pomfrey. You inform Cedric about the conversation with Moody and Chiara overhears about the Circle of Khanna. She missed out on the meeting as something came up. Chiara is unsure about joining, claiming that it’s due to the absence of Madam Pomfrey and someone needs to work in the hospital wing to make sure students get healed. After helping her treat patients, she needs to talk to you privately where she confesses she is unsure about joining due to the fact that she is a werewolf. She doesn’t want others to find out as they could mean she would be shunned then forced to leave Hogwarts. After managing to convince her to join Professor McGonagall arrives to inform you that the Headmaster wants you in his office yet again to introduce you to an exchange student from Castelobruxo (Brazilian wizarding school).

Alanza is a cheerful individual that’s excited to be visiting a faraway place. You will be acting as her guide to Hogwarts once Dumbledore finishes her class schedule. Regardless of your opinion of becoming her guide, she will be coming with you. So, you start out by going to the training grounds where Talbott and Badeea are reviewing their map painting of Black Lake. Alanza will turn to you and ask if she’s being too much after Talbott comments that she’s quite the talker. There are two options to reply to her with. If you like her, it is somewhat recommended to pick the second option. Otherwise, you can select either one. Your character will then talk to Talbott and Badeea alone about the fact you were supposed to be helping them with the map. However, you can’t do to Dumbledore’s request and ask them not to bring up Circle of Khanna. Then you use the map as part of Alanza’s tour, which she is grateful for. Badeea will also let slip the secret organization, but cuts herself off. Alanza ends up thinking it’s just some club.

After that it’s time for Potions Class, where you overhear Snape, Madam Pince, and Mr. Filch discussing the supply closet being raided for the following ingredients: Ashwinder Eggs, Murtlap Tentacles, and Occamy Eggshells. In addition to some texts on advanced potions from the library have gone unaccounted for. Alanza is extremely honest about them being grouchy before class is about to begin. Alanza ends up sitting where Rowan used to which draws the attention of everyone else. Including Merula who wants to have a word with you. However, Snape prevents this as class has started. Once class is done, Merula drags you away and is upset about your dedication to the Circle of Khanna. Merula isn’t satisficed with your answer regarding the fact this is something Dumbledore stuck on you. Again, Alanza comes over and hears about the Circle of Khanna when you state it’s a priority of yours.

Next it’s time to go to Hagrid’s as he has got all kinds of different magical creatures gathered at his garden. Also, it seems that Alanza likes magical creatures. After introductions, you’ve learned the creatures are not getting along and Hagrid needs help calming the situation. When everything is handled, Alanza will mention the Circle of Khanna as she’s interested in joining though she doesn’t know what it’s about. After talking about Rowan’s death for a while, he will ask you about the Circle of Khanna. There are two options to respond with. This choice as it will likely be referenced in future chapters. If you are Hagrid’s friend, you can choose to tell him about it. Otherwise, you can keep the group a secret. He also asks about how Ben and Merula have been doing.

After you’ll meet with Merula in the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom where Penny, Beatrice, and Ismelda are brewing a potion. Alanza joins you to this meeting where you learn they are brewing Felix Felicis. Penny is surprised that Alanza knows this.

According to Merula, they need this potion to beat Rakepick. After there’s no avoiding telling Alanza all about the Circle of Khanna. Alanza will be shocked to find out what happened to Rowan. After telling her your reasons to create the secret organization, she agrees to not tell anyone.

Ben arrives after and requests to talk to Merula and you alone. The three of you meet at Hog’s Head Inn where Ben wants to know what Dumbledore wanted. You inform him it was about grieving and the exchange student. And Merula chimes in that you told them about the Circle of Khanna. But there wasn’t really any way to avoid the topic thanks to everyone else. Dumbledore apparently also called each of them in to discuss how they were doing after witnessing Rowan dying. And all three of you discuss how you feel about the looks you’ve been receiving since then in class. After mentioning that you’re the reason Rowan was there, Merula wants to know more. After explaining, Merula will be quick to blame you for Rowan’s death. Ben, on the other hand, won’t agree with her about this as this is Rakepick’s fault after all.

Charlie arrives stating there is a surprise at the Hogsmeade Train Station as Bill has dropped by as he wants to cheer you and his brothers up following Rowan’s death. By making some homemade fudge; however, you’ll need access to the kitchens. Jae agrees to help with this. Unfortunately, neither of the brother’s know the recipe but as Jae is a good cook and knows a food-related charm it makes the fudge taste just like Mrs. Weasley’s. Before Jae can cast the spell, Pitts arrives and asks you to explain what’s going on. You can either tell the truth or lie, Pitts will ask you to finish then leave the kitchen.

Bill and Charlie decide the Owlery is the best place for the surprise meant for Percy, Fred and George. According to Charlie the charm worked and it tastes just like their mum’s. Moments later the rest of the Weasley’s arrive and are very surprised to see Bill. Percy will be the first one to notice the fudge. The brothers learn it’s not actually their mum’s fudge and are suspicious about Bill dropping by. Bill will calm them down saying that everything is all right. Percy will be doubtful of that. There are two options to respond with. None of these will influence the story in a significant way, so feel free to take your pick. Bill will then explain that he wants to cheer up his younger brothers. Fred and George will be interested to learn more about Bill’s happy memories.

After Fred will mention the Circle of Khanna and when they are next meeting, which catches Bill’s attention. He cuts you off as you try to explain and states that he will be joining. You will suggest it might be better for him to spend some time with his brothers. Bill agrees and states he’ll see you later.

Bill meets you in the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom with Ben and Merula. Of course, Merula is pissed yet another person knows about the secret organization. Ben, on the other hand, will assume Bill just wants to help and probably has a plan. When you are done, Bill will ask if you’d prefer being a bit more organized about investigating ‘R’. There are two options to choose from. These won’t influence the story in any meaningful way, so feel free to pick either one. Bill points out that you look miserable together, but the three of you agree that while you might not like it you’re stuck together because you need to be. Bill is excited as for the first time the three of you are working as a team. He will then suggest returning to the place where Rowan got killed.

After spending some time with your friends, and attending a Divination class you talk to Chiara who informs you it will be a full moon during your next trip to the Dark Forest. Meaning that there is a strong possibility of running into a werewolf.

Before you go, you’ll be informed two more students have become petrified. Professor Trelawney will ask if anyone wants to volunteer in helping out in the Medical Wing. Which both Chiara and you will agree you. Cedric is also helping out there when you aware. He informs you that something is wrong with Beatrice. Luckily, she wasn’t petrified, but something about her seems off. And he wants your opinion on over if he should be worried about Beatrice. Neither have major significance to the story, so answer however you please. Snape interrupts the conversation to get Cedric to get ingredients for Pepperup Potion, and let’s you off the hook. Before you leave Chiara gives you a warning to be careful.

Ben, Merula, Bill, and you had to the location where Rakepick killed Rowan. Merula is in a mood (usual) being loud, you ask her to keep it down which she’s curious about. You can either admit that it’s a full moon or keep quiet. Either way Bill will comment on using the moonlight to search for clues. But he is also worried about the three of you. Ben admits not to feeling anything, Merula is angry, and you can pick one of three options (nothing, lots of things, or ready to search). None of these will have any big impact on the story, so feel free to pick whichever one you prefer.

After searching for a while, you’ll find nothing but a werewolf will appear. You’ll duel the beast leaving it stunned when you win. Aggressive stance seemed to have the best advantage in this duel. When you win, Bill will happily cheer at you. But the victory is short-lived as the werewolf will prepare to attack again. Luckily, Chiara will jump to your rescue and chase the other werewolf away. All of your friends will be confused since none of them is aware that Chiara is a werewolf. You will quickly change the subject and avoid saying anything that might reveal her secret.

Before you leave, Torvus appears to give you news that Firenze has news regarding Trelawney’s prophecy. And suggests studying the constellation Cetus before returning to the Centaur Camp. So, it’s time to go to the Astronomy Tower for the first time during your time at Hogwarts. Which you end up doing with Ben and Merula. You’ll also notice Alanza has decided to take this class. Both Merula and Ben will be unhappy that you didn’t share Trelawney’s prophecy with them. Merula doesn’t believe in prophecies, but Ben will ask if you’re worried about it. There are two options to reply with. None of these choices will have any significant impact on the story, so feel free to pick either one.

After class you talk to Chiara, who does not want to discuss the matter in the Astronomy tower where there are too many ears. But will talk in the Hospital Wing since the petrified students aren’t likely to eavesdrop. Where she does admit that she saved you in the Forbidden Forest. She’ll then ask if everything turned out all right. There are two options to reply with. If Chiara is your friend, and you have her friendship level at 5 or higher, it is recommended to pick the first option.

After helping out with the students, Chiara will ask if you plan to go back into the forest. Which you admit to since you need to talk to the Centaurs at their camp. She will be very surprised to hear that the centaurs allowed you to visit their camp. And then ask you to be careful. On your way out, you’ll find Beatrice staring blankly at one of the petrified students. After a while, she’ll state that everything is absolutely wonderful.

Chiara will admit that this curse has affected Beatrice more than most of the other students.

Afterwards, you’ll had to the centaur camp where Torvus asks how things have been. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to give him a positive answer. Torvus will say he was just trying to make the small talk while waiting for Firenze. You’ll talk about your opinions on each other’s customs before Firenze appears and he warns you not to offend their herd. You are given three options in regards to their customs:

1. You think they were right to exile Torvus?
2. I think centaurs and wizards are both strange (requires 27 courage)
3. You’re right, I’ll keep my voice down.

None of these effect the story, and you’ll apologize afterwards. Then state that you’ve been studying the constellation Cetus and what you’ve learned. It’s called the monster of the deeps. Then Firenze will share what he knows of the prophecy and how there is another difficult decision and the loss of another. Firenze will also say that the stars told him another interesting thing. According to them, you will soon have to leave Hogwarts. There are three options to react to this. These won’t have any meaningful impact on the story, so feel free to choose whichever one you prefer.

After your character will need some time to think. Dumbledore ends up interrupting your thoughts in the Clocktower Courtyard and admits to knowing that you’ve been to the Forbidden Forest. Which you’ll admit to going there to talk to the centaurs about the prophecy. He’ll share some wisdom before asking a question: have you sorted out what your future self would most like your past self to have done? There are two options, which you can pick from either without major story changes. Either understanding your brother better or stopping Rakepick. Dumbledore suggests making up lost time with your brother and talking to Miss Haywood in the Grand Staircase.

Beatrice is standing in front of the painting she was trapped in front of during the previous year when you go into the Grand Staircase. But when your character approaches, her expression changes and she’ll be confused why you are checking up on her. When you state that you’re concerned, Ismelda appears and whisks Beatrice away.

Sir Cadogan will start talking about how Beatrice frequently comes to that painting. When you are done, Sir Cadogan will ask if you figured out what’s troubling Beatrice. There are three options to pick from. The correct answer is “She hasn’t recovered from being cursed”, so it is recommended to go with that one. Then Cadogan will ask what’s troubling you and you’ll admit you’re worried about your brother, Jacob. Unfortunately, Sir Cadogan isn’t quite fond of your brother. Then brings up Duncan Ashe, which gives your character an idea but you’ll need to convince Charlie to come along to join you to visit the Prefects’ Bathroom.

Before Duncan appears, Charlie and you talk about the last time you visited this place. Which had included Bill. Charlie mentions that he still finds it strange the eldest Weasley brother is no longer at Hogwarts. And you’ll state you feel the same with the absence of Rowan. Then Duncan appears knowing that you’re looking for him, but first he wants to hear about your adventures. Duncan will be helpful for sharing the stories about your adventures with him. He will then ask if there’s something he can do for you in return. Which you’ll reply with wanting to know how to contact Jacob. Luckily, Duncan suggests going to the Boathouse as he used to have secret meetings there with Jacob when they were ‘working’ for R. After thanking Duncan and promising you’ll visit more, Charlie and you head off to the Boathouse in search of Jacob.

Jacob, of course, isn’t there so you end up searching the warehouse for any clues and talking briefly about the prophecy Firenze is helping you figure out. You’ll end up finding a black quill that’s actually a note from Jacob to you. Stating that he wants to talk but not through a letter. Then gives you a way to summon him (Vermillious by the shore of Black Lake). Unfortunately, Charlie won’t be accompanying you since it’s a personal matter between you and your brother.

After using the spell, Jacob appears and apologizes for not being the best brother. And that he feels as if Rowan’s death was his fault. The two of you will go back and forth, each time with your character stating it’s not your brother’s fault but rather Rakepick’s. Then Jacob tells you why he started working with Rakepick, which boils down to a sense of purpose. And Jacob discovered later that she was just using him for his Legilimency. He will then ask if you understand him. There are two options to reply with. For this one, it is recommended to tell Jacob it was all Rakepick’s fault.

Your talk is cut short when you notice Beatrice floating in the lake.
