Cons: "Boarding done against logic: my seat was in the last 5 rows of the cabin and I was scheduled to board in the final group. When I got to my seat the first 30 rows were nearly fully, but the back of the plane was half empty. The whole time the gate agent was urging passengers to move faster through the aisle, but Delta should really rethink its boarding strategy. It shouldn't take 40 minutes to board a 757."

Cons: "Front gate person was very rude, inpatient and did not help us to print our new boarding passes that they gave in Barcelona. During boarding process, we had to wait aside until new boarding passes printed that could have been done over an hour earlier."

Cons: "They ran out of overhead space we had to check a carry on bag. My video monitor didn't work so that was disappointing."

Pros: "Although our flight was fully booked. The crewmembers on this flight was professional, friendly and efficient. We boarded quickly and took off on time. We even arrived ahead of schedule. Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. They are constantly striving to put the customers needs and wants top priority"

Whole thing was poorly executed. Would expect better from a large airline"

Cons: "Seats were comfortable, but much too crowded. The seating would have been very good for children but for adults it was much too crowded. My knees were up against the seat in front and my back is sore from having to spend most of the trip twisted to try to fit into the small space. Also, my seat was is row 16 and was called a “premium” seat and I was charged an extra $24 for it. I did not find it any different than all the seats around me. What was the extra charge for?"

Pros: "This was probably the best flight I’ve ever been on. The staff had a great sense of humor, as well as openly honored our military by bumping up an active member to first class."

Cons: "The arm rests on both flights where impossible to lift to get out of our seats, the headsets had a lot of static, the head rest was broke on one side, the food to Germany was fine but back was horrible. Within 20mins of take off you were out of most alcohol and the wine was horrible."

Cons: "The APU was inoperative, so the flight departure was delayed 40 minutes awaiting a ground start unit to get the engines going. It took,me some time to convince my fellow passengers that the loss of the APU was not a safety-of-flight issue. Also, a humongous passenger waddled down to our row and wedged herself into the window seat just before the doors closed. She immediately wanted to raise the seat divider, claiming that it was uncomfortable. The middle seat passenger insisted that she wanted to have it down, correctly pointing out that she had paid for a whole space. Despite the seat divider, the obese person's body oozed over and below into the middle seat during the flight, cramming the middle passenger. These folks Need to buy a second seat..."

Cons: "Employees at the Atlanta airport have a SERIOUS chip on their shoulders. Just when you thought seats couldn't get any smaller or closer together. Paid for priority boarding but the boarding pass still said zone 3. Employees could care less."

Made the 6 hour flight go by quickly and not mind the bumpy air in the tropics."

Cons: "Although I paid for a first class ticket I was seated in coach. The plane was a commuter jet, and I suspect that Delta added one or more rows of seats because even though I'm of average height and less than average weight I had no leg room at all, and the hip room was minimal at best."

We, needless to say missed our connecting flight to SYDNEY and had to wait til next day and fly to SAN FRANCISCO, then to MELBOURNE, then on to Christchurch. We MISSED out on TWO DAYS of our short trip! which included missed reservations!!"

Cons: "An extremely rude woman told me there was no space to place my bag in the overhead compartment and forced me to step aside and check my backpack. I didn't have a purse or any other item, just a backpack. I told them I had medication and they told me to just put it in my pockets. So I stashed my medicine in my pockets and had no room for my personal items or valuables. I had a hiking backpack with a water bottle in the side, and since they forced me to check the bag, my water bottle flew out of the pocket while it was being loaded onto the plane. Fortunately they at least tracked me down and brought my stainless steel water bottle to my seat. However, it wouldn't fit in the pocket in front of me and I had no other bag to store it in so I had to hold it and a few other belongings in my lap for the entire flight. I also had some other fragile items in my backpack that may or may not be okay. Also, when I boarded the plane, there was still space...there was no need to be so rude and force me to check a bag being used not only as my suitcase but as my purse as well. I'm so displeased with American, their staff, and their overall disorganization. How ridiculous."

Then I went to get something to eat to kill time just to find out they switched the gate causing me to have to run all the way to the new gate then they close the door as I was walking up and told me I missed my flight even though the plane was still there for another 15 minutes.. so I had to fly standby on the next flight which was another hour and a half later.. I arrived at the airport at 12:30 and didn't end up catching a flight until 7:45 p.m.... oh and I forgot to mention that I originally paid for an upgrade for priority seating with more legroom that I never received because they put me on the very last seat that you can't even replying because there is a wall behind you.. SMH"

Once on board the aircraft, the flight crew kept us informed about possible weather issues (e.g. turbulence), including the approximate time to expect it, how long it might last, and that it would probably preclude in-flight beverage service. Flight attendants offered to provide one-at-a-time beverage service to those "really in need of a drink." I thought that was pretty gracious under the circumstances, and was happy to see that passengers didn't take advantage of the option :-). Looks like United is doing its best to counteract its recent negative publicity. Well done!"

The gate agent let her through, but told her to consolidate her bags. I had one carry on and one purse and was forced to gate check my bag, only to find out I would have to go to baggage claim to pick it up. If the woman in front of me was forced to adhere to the rules, I would likely have fit my bag into an overhead. UNFAIR."

Cons: "United cancelled our first flight, and would not re-book us on another flight until 24 hours later, so we ended up having to drive from Washington DC to Savannah for an event. United really is the worst airline, and we will never fly with them again."
