I would at least bring 20. At least. Considering a few missed arrows, I would bring more.
John Well I shot a T-Rex (No idea what level) with over 26 tranq arrows that all hit directly at it's head, nothing happened, I proceeded to hit four more rocks at it's head... Nothing happened. From watching videos on youtube their torpor at around level 11 is around 1500. So I'd say bring around 40-50 tranqs incase you miss a few shots. Hope this helps.
120 lvl has around 12k topor.. so bring lots of arrows, 2x crossbows and preferably high torp scorp and build few walls that trex can get stuck and start attacking them while you shoot him for half an hour :), for low lvls, dunno, always wait at least 3s between shots, preferably 5 as we count faster than second passes ;p
Yes you know what your talking about. On the server i play taking down my lvl 116 lvl trex took me about 85 tranqs. Also i went by 3 second break b/w shots so his massive torpor could go up without killing him. he ended up having 18k max torpidity and most T-Rexs have alot if they are high level. after tame he now has 26k :) but bring about 100 tranqs with you.
