Keep following the scaffolding and go down the bridge until you see a bricked entryway. You next want to head through the cave and go past the fireplace until you hear music and find a bricked pillar room.

Drop down into the room from the cave, and you will find a merchant there. This merchant sells many things, including the crafting book necessary for Oil Pots. The book is called Nomadic Warrior’s Cookbook [17], and you can purchase it with 1,000 Runes. By buying this book, you will also learn how to craft Soap and Roped Oil Pots.
