To do this, just log in to your account and follow the notification. We’ll confirm your information and usually remove the limitation within 2 business days, and email you if there are any delays or concerns. If it’s from us, you’ll see a notification that you can follow to upload the documents. Never send proof of identity documents to anyone by email, and don’t click on links in emails to provide this information. If we need to verify your identity or your business information, we’re looking for documents that match the information we already have about you. If, for example, you upload a drivers licence with a different address to the one on your PayPal account, our review will take a bit more time. Other than that, just act quickly. If law and your financial safety allows it, we’ll give you time to provide information before limiting your account and removing your ability to send or withdraw your money. How do I get around my PayPal limit?We may also limit your PayPal account if you haven't used it much since you signed up. To restore full access to your account, log in and provide a Proof of Identity (such as Driver's license Copy, State ID copy etc.). Go to your Notifications center to upload documents.
How long does it take for PayPal to resolve a limitation?According to Paypal, they often reply to emails on account limitation within 3 business days. Some cases could take longer when they request additional information but most limitations are resolved within 5 days.
