Rookie Cops is an South Korean streaming television series about police academy students, starring Kang Daniel, Chae Soo-bin, Lee Shin-young, and Park Yoo-na. The Star Original has gathered a large audiences, but still isn’t available in many regions across the globe. So when exactly is Rookie Cops coming to Disney Plus/Hulu?

What is Rookie Cops About?

Rookie Cops follows the stories of freshmen recruits at the elite Korean National Police University (KNPU), which is said to be one of the most conservative and exclusive campuses in Korea. Wi Seung-hyeon (Kang Daniel) is an honors freshman who wants to take after his father.

Rookie Cops Release Date USA

In the United States, Disney has not confirmed a release date for Rookie Cops at this time. It’s expected that if the series does debut in the US, it will be on Hulu. However, Disney recently released Snowdrop another Korean drama directly on Disney+, so it’s possible that Rookie Cops will also be released on Disney+.

Disney has confirmed everything that’s coming to Disney+ and Hulu in the United States in February which didn’t include Rookie Cops. This means that at the earliest, we don’t expect to see Rookie Cops before March 2022.

Rookie Cops Disney Plus Release Date

The first two episodes of this new series will be released as a Star Original on Disney+ and will debut on March 26 in many regions including South Korea, France, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Indonesia. But what other major markets?

In the United Kingdom, Disney hasn’t provided a release day for Rookie Cops. Disney has announced everything that’s coming to Disney+ in February, and Rookie Cops isn’t included for February. Unless Disney makes a surprise announcement, which is unusual but does happen, the earliest we can expect Rookie Cops to arrive on Disney+ in the UK is March 2022.

Disney has also confirmed everything that’s coming to Disney+ in Canada, and just like the UK, Rookie Cops isn’t included on the list. Australia and New Zealand also doesn’t have a release date for Rookie Cops at this time.

No other international rollout plans have been shared for Rookie Cops on Disney+ at this time.
