Canon

Uraraka and Toga have little interactions. They both have confirmed feelings for Izuku Midoriya and have a bad home life.

Toga first encounters Uraraka while fighting her . Upon meeting her, Toga proclaims that she is cute and lovely. Toga says that Uraraka has the same scent as her. Uraraka uses her martial arts and apprehends Toga. after being subdued by Uraraka, Himiko says that they are in love with someone. Toga tells Uraraka that she knows how she feels because they are girls; Toga begins talking about people who are in love strive to be like the ones they love. Toga's talking enrages Uraraka. Toga notes that love stories are fun and uses her machine to stab Uraraka's leg, who was unable to stop her due to being caught off guard with Toga's talking. Toga begins draining Uraraka's blood. Suddenly, the Bakugou Escort Team arrives and sees Uraraka. Toga stops draining Uraraka's blood and pushes Uraraka aside, not wanting to engage a large group of enemies and not wanting to die. After that, Toga confesses that she made a friend.

During the Provisional Hero License Exam, Toga, disguised as Camie, tells Uraraka that Midoriya really does trust her.

Toga eventually admits she loves Uraraka and desires to be her.

Manga

While wearing a jacket, Himiko says that she loves how cute are the jackets that she often wears, then confess that she loves Stain, Izuku, and including Ochako and that all she wanted was become the things that she loved.

While heading to a city with the League of Villains, Himiko gets attacked by landmines which "Ms Curious", an antagonist girl that had placed the mines with her quirk "Landmine". Chisote (Curious) threats Himiko by saying that if she didn't participate for her "interview", her life wasn't going to be very long, but Himiko rejects the threatening and keeps attacking the girl, but for her bad luck, Himiko gets caught by one of Chisote's allies that electrified Toga. Toga tries to escape, but gets trapped by Curious and her allies again and Chisote tells that she was a desafortunated girl, which Toga gets angry and then escapes by disgusing herself as Ochako while saying for herself that it was supposed that everyone had to smile when they're happy, as well when you kiss people that they like, and Toga then says that she drinks the blood of those who Toga liked, and with that she wasn't unhappy about that. Then Curious gets surprises at the point that she wants to cry about Toga's quirk, Toga then says that she had only a portion of blood and points that Ochako trusted so much Izuku which Izuku does the same with her, and Toga says that she wanted to be near the person she loved. Before getting attacked by Curious, suddenly Toga noticed that she could use Ochako's quirk (Zero Gravity), and then she used it to kill Curious, which she made to do it so.

Later in the War Arc, Toga is thinking about Twice's death and wonders where the heroes draw the line. She expresses how she wants to ask Izuku and Ochaco this when she sees them again.

Fanon

it is considerably popular. A lot of its popularity was sparked by the creator confirming Toga's feelings for Uraraka. It is commonly rivaled by either IzuOcha for Ochako and TogaDeku for Toga.

It is the second most written ship for Himiko,The third most written Femslash Ship for Ochako in AO3. Many shippers like the thought of an AU where either Ochako plays a part in Himiko’s redemption, or, Ochako becomes a villain.
