Is the L Manberg flag copyrighted?

The nation is built on the simple principle that anyone is allowed to become a citizen, given that the player in question is from European descent. At one point, the nation has tightened it's border control- players who are not official citizens of L'manberg cannot enter beyond it's walls without permission. However, with the rise of Emperor Jschlatt, it's walls have been torn down and the only banned citizens are former President Wilbur Soot and Vice President TommyInnit.

Tubbo_ became the new president after winning the war.

The Area[]

L'manberg is located in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Inside the walls features Wilbur Soot's hot dog van that got destroyed in The War and a small house containing chests built by Tubbo_. Important to note is the Declaration of Independance which can be found hanging on an item frame. Located outside the walls is Jack Manifold's house, Nihachu's house, and Tubbo's space program. In one of his streams Fundy built a few houses outside, but they were later taken down by TommyInnit who was under the impression that they were Dream's doing. Historians call this event "the time TommyInnit had a Tubbo_ moment."

Jschlatt, the newly accorded Emperor of L'manberg decided to take down the walls surrounding the area, immediately in action. They have since been removed along with Wilbur Soot and TommyInnit being exiled and all allowed in the borders of L'manberg. Along with this Jschlatt has arrested Nihachu for speaking out, and has taxed her and has renamed the sever as "Manberg".

L'manberg is renown for it's numerous, albeit often strange laws. An unofficial repertoire can be listed below;

The flag[]

The flag of L'manberg was first revealed on twitter by Tubbo_, having been worked on by himself, Fundy, and a few others. As Wilbur Soot explains;

• A horizontal tricolour with a yellow arch filled with black and 3 crosses in the style of the Amsterdam flag (1 yellow and 2 red).
• The blue stands for freedom.
• The red stands for the fighting and the blood spilled for the country.
• The White stands for peace.
• The yellow and black to denote the "wall".
• The yellow cross stands for the first born citizen.

(The red crosses might mean the original 2 founders, but it was not specified.)

In some occurances that the colour red will be on top of the flag rather than the blue, and the white stripes in the middle will turn black, this signifies the people that the nation is currently in the state of war (but those weren't officially announced)

== The Uniform

As stated previously, all members of L'manberg are required to wear a uniform during their time on the server. Small alterations have been made to a few of the player's outfits, such as Fundy's crayon colours or Nihachu's lavender wash.
