I read the post about the Dominos promotion in Russia where a visible tattoo gives you 100 pizza/year for 100 years

That's a pizza every 3-4 days for the rest of your life

This reply makes it seem that dominos runs on a thin profit margin, and it cost $7 to make a large pepperoni pizza 22 years ago.

100*$7= $700/year * 100 = $70,000 value if you were to make the pizzas your self at the same cost as Domino's makes theirs

Also, 100 years of free pizza is guaranteed food in a financial emergency (or just to make life easier budget wise) and can't be lost/blown off immediately

That being said, I'm sure the TV actors got paid a pretty penny for what they did

Two people (friends, couples, family members, etc) come onto the show. They explain their relationship and why they chose to enter the show.

They then each individually work with a different tattoo artist to create a design that will go on the other person's body. Most of the time, it ends up being a tattoo that the other person would never want. This is what's referred to as "stitching". It's usually done because of something the other person did to them that they never got over and were thus looking for revenge in some form.

For instance, a girl cheated on her boyfriend at one point, so he ended up getting her a tattoo of his face so every man who she might sleep with from then on will be forced to look at his face.

Stuff like this can happen.

There are rare instances where you'll get genuinely nice tattoos that actually mean something and are actually something the other person would want.

Personally I think you'd have to be a fool to participate on the show, but I imagine you get paid for appearing on it, and if you feel you have a good relationship with the person you enter with, you could leave with a good tattoo. But then again, your friend might just want to fuck you up as a prank.

Can't tell if you're actually asking or just insulting it because it's cringy.

If it's the former, it's called Just Tattoo of Us.

It's a show where friends, etc work with a tattoo artist and decide on the tattoo design for the other person, often leading to them "stitching" the other person (giving them a shit tattoo design) as means of revenge for something the friend may have done in the past.

There are sometimes a few heartwarming or genuinely nice tattoos, but the risk of getting stitched is so great that you'd have to be fucking stupid to want to go this route for a tattoo.
