This product was recommended from a friend at the gym to help with energy other than using caffein and other stimulants that will just have you crash. This helps your body utilize ketones which are a dense source of energy. And let me tell you the energy I have after taking this is strong a sustainable. Not hectic and chaotic. Very clean also it’s true about apitite control too because yes I did feel hungry at my normal time but I didn’t feel weak from it like I normally do. I didn’t have time to eat at the normal time but I was able to keep staying productive.

Ok so i bought this a month ago cuz theres really good reviews about it. So i weight myself at the beginning of every month, so since i started using this pills i haven't loose not one pound but i haven't gained pounds ether i was kinda concern because i do intermedia fasting, i only eat once a day and my diet its a pretty low carb and low sugar plus i workout for about 2 hours every day , someday i do feel with alot of energy after i drink it and sometimes not as much. Im gonna keep drinking them this month to see if i see better results

Can't say I strictly follow the keto diet however I do intermittent fasting every week sometimes multiple days a week and sometimes just one day a week. I take this product in the morning on my fasting days and what I've noticed is increased focused energy, curbs my appetite (which makes my fasting days way easier 🙌😊🙌) and I've lost 15lbs in the last 2 months doing intermittent fasting and this supplement.

Know that adding ketones will not put u in metabolic Ketosis. U still need to eat right. I should have done more research before I bought this. Sure ur blood level will see ketones but it’s not true ketosis. U have to make the necessary changes to ur diet to achieve that. Supposedly this does help to burn more fat during a workout though. So it’s not a total waste I guess.

Within 2 weeks of taking these Ketogistix pills, I’ve noticed I no longer feel a strong need to stuff my face and I also have more energy throughout the day. I’m down 5 lbs already, can’t wait to see where I’m at at the end of this 2 month supply.

So I normally do not take the time to review these types of products, but this one definitely deserves to be recognized. I've been doing the Keto diet for about a year now and I occasionally have a cheat day. It used to take me 3 days to get back into ketosis. But seriously, these pills jump me right back into where I want to be. I felt like my keto diet was going a bit stale and these things really gave me another boost. I definitely feel more energy on a daily basis and it seems to extend my cardio days significantly! Will be ordering again before I run out!

The product seems to be of good quality. There is a tamper-evident shrink wrap and a foam induction seal on the bottle...looks good!!! ONly using it for 3 days so far, so no time to assess effectiveness, but no issues either.

Shipping was fast. I was looking for a diet pill that worked with the keto. Saw the other reviews and am giving this a try. So far a few days in and it is good I feel a better, not sure if placebo yet, will jnow kore at the end of the run.
