Ghost Rider is unlocked after completing the side mission Stunt Show Surprise. He cannot fly, and does a combat roll as a double jump, has a reticle attack by holding X or Square, and has a beam attack, which takes about 2 seconds to charge up. He does not come with the motorcycle, even though he has it in the side mission.
