The City of Long Beach Fireworks Display takes place Friday, July 8 at dark (approximately 9:10pm) and is presented by The Breeze Oceanfront Apartments & Isla Blu Oceanfront Residences. The fireworks will be visible from anywhere along the boardwalk and beachfront. Head down to the beach of your choice and enjoy the show. Please expect intermittent lane closures & heavy traffic in the area of Broadway and Long Beach Boulevard. Reminder, there is no glass or alcohol permitted on the Ocean Beach Park. All bags and coolers are subject to search. The rain date is Saturday, July 9. The South Shore Symphony performs starting at 7:45 p.m. and will include music during the Grucci fireworks show. The fireworks display will be shot off from Lister Field. There will be no parking at Lister and Tighe Field. Due to pandemic surges, counties or cities may adjust or cancel events at the last minute, so double-check with organizers.
