I know you all love Manhwa, right? Still, I think I should explain what a Manhwa is.

Manhwa are basically South Korean Coloured Manga. Yess! They are colored. 

Some peeps just don’t give them a try. They say that their stories are repetitive. Well! Some of them do have generic plots but they still somehow manage to keep us interested.

Getting back to the topic. We’ll take a look at 12 Manhwa where MC gets betrayed. I suppose you’ve seen a lot of anime like this. For example, Rising of The Shield Hero. Most of the MCs become overpowered after the betrayal, IDK why lol!

12- The Devil’s Boy

This Manhwa is really interesting in my opinion. It follows the story of a guy named Jungho. Jungho is bullied a lot in his school. I mean, A LOT! To the point that he wanted to commit suicide. 

However, everything changes as the ArchDevil offers him powers so that he can take revenge.

Jungho accepted his offer. But, he was unaware that he was just being used. There is a major war going on between the Devils and the Exorcists. What will happen next? What do you guys think?

11- An Eye For An Eye

Another amazing story about revenge and betrayal. This Manhwa follows the story of a teenager named Yongju. Yongju’s friends were being bullied by gangsters. However, one day, Yongju tried to stop them. But, this effort went horribly wrong and the bullying continued.

After this incident, Yongju’s brother decided to take revenge for him. Well! The concept of brotherly love in this Manhwa is amazing. Is revenge the only option? What do you guys think?

10- The Legendary Spearman Returns

Another pretty amazing Manhwa I should say.

In the Manhwa, the MC gets betrayed by his comrades. I guess it is human nature. They try to get rid of anything they fear. 

The MC, Joshua Sanders, was a Master Spearman. However, during the Civil War, he was betrayed and killed by his own comrades. But, this is a Manhwa. The MC somehow got reincarnated into the past. What will he do now? Will he take revenge?

09- Dungeons and Artifacts

This crazy Manhwa follows the story of a Dungeon Explorer named Stetch Atelier. Stetch was hired by the Prince to help him explore the Dungeon. However, little did he know that the Prince actually wanted to activate a curse.

The Prince tricked Stetch into activating the curse. Stetch should’ve died, right? However, he was saved by a mysterious artifact that granted him power to take his revenge. Interesting, don’t you think?

08- Second Life Ranker

Now, this one is something else. This Manhwa follows the story of a guy named Yeonwoo. Yeonwoo really loved his brother. However, after the disappearance of his brother, he tried his best to discover his whereabouts. After some time, he found out that his brother was betrayed as he was climbing the Tower of the Sun God.

Yeonwoo, then, decides to take revenge for his brother. He found his brother’s diary and set out to climb the Tower. Can he do it? Can he get enough power? I know you want to find out, right?

07- God of Blackfield

Now, this one has a special place in my heart. This Manhwa follows the story of a guy named Kang Chan. Kang Chan was a member of the French Foreign Legion. He was feared as he was bearing the name, God of Blackfield. 

However, during one of his missions, he was betrayed by his own colleagues. After his death, he got reincarnated into the body of a teenager named Kang Chan. Deyymnnnn!!

Now, he wants revenge!!!

06- The Max Level Hero Has Returned

I believe that you guys will love this one. The MC of this Manhwa is just too OP. It follows the story of a Prince. However, the country he lives in is not too significant. 

After getting betrayed, the Prince went into a coma and his soul wandered into a temple. But, this is not some ordinary temple. In this temple, the souls of heroes are trained. The Prince also trains in this temple. After waking up from his coma, he decides to get revenge on everyone who betrayed him. Insane, huh???

05- Kill The Hero

The title seems a bit misleading, lol!

This Manhwa follows the story of a teenager who awakened as a player after the world was terrorized by monsters. He also became the guild member of the Hero who was supposed to save this world.

However, as they finished the last dungeon, he realized that the Hero is evil. The Hero then killed him. However, this is a Manhwa. The MC gets reincarnated in the past. This time around, he promises not to repeat the same mistakes and save the world from the Hero.

04- Villain to Kill

This Manhwa is the perfect example of heroes going dark.

It follows the story of a guy named Cassian. Cassian was a powerful Psyker. He was just, and he loved helping others. However, everything changed as he was betrayed by his Guild members.

Theory framed him for the murder of their teammate. This took a huge toll on Cassian. As Cassian thought everything was over for him, he was reincarnated as a teenager.

Will he take revenge?

03- The Lord’s Coins Aren’t Decreasing

Yet another crazy Manhwa!! I think you guys know about CryptoCurrency, right? Well! This Manhwa’s premise revolves around that kinda thing. However, the scale of trading is a bit huge, like Multidimensional!!

The MC of this show started trading in this new Dimensional Trading System. However, he was betrayed and died a tragic death. But, like other Manhwa MCs, he got another chance at life. And this time around, he decided that he won’t let anyone take his money, lmao!!!

02- Rooftop SwordMaster

Ahhhh! This Manhwa just has to be featured on this list. It follows the story of a teenager who was bullied a lot at his school. Bullying!! I think we all have faced this issue in our lives, right? 

He was bullied to the point that he locked himself in his house. However, everything changes as he was chosen by a legendary sword that fell from the sky. What is the purpose of this sword? What is he destined for? Will he take revenge? I know you have so many questions. But, y’all have to read the manga if you want answers, lol!

01- Return Of The 8th Class Magician

How does it feel to be betrayed by your own friend? I believe It must hurt.

The MC of this Manhwa was also betrayed by his close friend. This Manhwa follows the story of a Powerful Magician. He was a very close friend of the emperor, Ragnar. He worked really hard for his friend. However, as he decided that it was time for him to take a break, the emperor murdered him.

But, the knife he was stabbed with had time magic applied to it. This gave him another chance at life. This time around, he does not want to repeat the same mistakes.
