   This product is okay. It definitely defines your curls but I find that it can make your hair a little sticky and cause product build-up even with the smallest amount.

   I have tried so many products on my son’s hair. His hair was so unmanageable, that he was wanting to cut it. He has beautiful curls down to his shoulders and I just could not bare to cut it, so I tried this. All of the products I have tried so far from mixed chicks has been hair saving lol. I can not only comb his hair easily after a shower, but I can also comb it without trouble after his sleep which was the worst. I will never use anything else.    I started using this for my son, who has long curly hair down his back, after I had tried EVERY product known to man that is out there.     This is my favorite product for my daughters hair. We have tried so many moisturizers but her hair would be dehydrated and a mess by the end of the day.
    She has a very sensitive scalp. Braiding and gel is not an option because it leads to infections. We are so grateful that we tried this styling cream. I will be a forever customer!

    I love this product. I have super fine, thin coiled curls, and this product really gives me great body and curls, without weighing my hair down.     This product works wonders for my twist out. I have not been able to find a product that provides a soft hold and great definition without weighing my hair down. That is until now. I bought the product on a whim and tried it on my next wash day. I twisted my hair overnight, and when I took down my twists the next morning, my hair looked so wonderful. I have tried just about every twist-out butter or cream on the market and no matter how little of the product I used, my hair would always turn out limp and lifeless. This product changed things for me. And it lasts for days. I am on day 7, and the product has resulted in a nice loose wave pattern over the course of the week. I am a fan and will continue to purchase this product.

    LOVE this!! At night, I lightly tap my finger in the jar to get a VERY small amount of the styling cream on my finger and then smooth each section of hair before rolling the onto a foam roller. When I say small – I mean REALLY tiny. Just a dab will do you. ☺ Out comes the big silk scarf to cover the entire head, and voila in the morning I wake up to lovely smooth waves instead of horrid morning tangles. (I’ve also used the Styling Gel in the same manner and it works great too!)

I have mixed kids (Italian/Black) and my girls both have very different hair types- my 3 y/o has long, curly and fine hair that brushes out into waves, and my almost 2 y/o has very tight, curly, and more coarse hair. My hair is bone straight, so I had no idea what to do with my babies’ hair and bought this (and many other MC products I love) to see how it worked. This product works great on both their hair, but literally SAVES my 2 year old’s hair! It’s well moisturized, shiny and helps create the most beautiful curls in her hair, I highly recommend!

    Love this styling product. I’ve been without a staple /go to styling product for a while. I had one when I first returned natural, but my hair outgrew it and I’ve had trouble find anything ever since. This styling cream is lightweight, smells amazing (not overpowering) and I get a great hold on my twists but they still move (not hard and crunchy–and I used a lot). I just used it last night. I’m excited to see how many days I can get without my twists getting super frizzy (as been it’s current state). I’ve been shying away from Mixed Chicks for years because I didn’t think their products would work on my hair–so wrong! So happy to add Mix Chicks to my arsenal!

    This is my first time using this product. I paired it with the mixed chicks leave in conditioner and I have never had a styling cream define my curls until now. I’m shocked and amazed. I have been searching for something to replace gel as my styler because of the hard hold gel has. I believe I have found my new styler. It controlled frizz, smells nice, and is easy to use.

    I place this on top of a leave-in conditioner, and my curls were defined and lasted 3 days. Don’t use too much or the hold will be too strong, and if your hair is dry to very dry, use a moisturizing leave-in conditioner prior.This product is wonderful for my highly porous hair which tends to frizz very quickly and easily. Used it also in the cold snap we had recently and my hair was not dry at all, only received compliments, and yes–allowed people to touch my hair!

Apply evenly to damp, detangled hair. Use fingers to style curls, two-strand twists, Bantu knots, or any other natural hair styling technique.

Tip #1: Wash n Go Method – simply create about four sections and thoroughly apply product to wet hair from the roots to the ends. Gently pull strands creating elongation and allow to dry.

Tip #2: Extend the life of your twist outs, Bantu knots or two strand twists. Liberally apply product and style as desired. Allow to dry thoroughly and rock that twist out for approximately two weeks.
