1. The Peak, Hong Kong
Hong Kong’s most secluded neighborhood is set above the city and offers fantastic views of the skyline and exclusive privacy. This luxury comes of course with an exceptional price. With US$114,000 per square meter the Peak is currently the most expensive neighborhood in the world.

2. TriBeCa, New York
TriBeCa also remained 2017 the most expensive neighborhood in New York City. With a median price of whopping $4.683 million, it arrives far in front of Soho and Hudson Square. The neighborhood is characterized by an industrial chic combined with simple sophistication. It is also one of the celebrities favorite areas. Stars like Justin Timberlake, Harry Styles and Jennifer Lawrence call the high-end downtown Manhatten neighborhood their home.
