Now or never bug Witcher 3

The house in which he lives Triss, nothing has changed. The owners sit on the first floor, and Triss constantly reads the book and has no story dialogue. The job never even starts

This bug occurs in most cases,those who used the teleport from any location
If not, then try to load earlier saves

+ he used the mod for a teleport and a heap of problems were, in the furnace of the mod now without any problems!

if you use instead of fashion code AllowFT(1) the result will be the same - sneak around, too Merigold will be in his hut and except about broken fingers, about anything does not speak and quests will hang in the air.

On the nexus there are marked in red, so as not yuzali this chip during quests or near quest NPCs, so as not to break scripts.
Time can not read, then suffer.

So, I've basically reloaded from the time I enter Novigrad like twice at this point and done every main quest again, saving "Matter of Life and Death" for last. But both times, "Now or Never" never appeared. I would really like to finish Triss' quest line for the game, and I kinda refuse to move forward until then. Anyone else have this issue? Know what causes it? Is there a fix?

Is there something I should be seeing that I'm not? On my last game, the quest popped right after completing "Matter of Life and Death." Seems no manner of questing in Novigrad after or before that quest can make it appear now.

Is someone supposed to show up and hand the letter to me? Is there any given location this person is supposed to show up? I've done the quest before on my last playthrough but don't remember very well how it's triggered.

If you've finished the Junior and Redania's Most Wanted questline and speak to Radovid, a messenger turns up and gives you a note from Triss. You don't have to go anywhere, they just turn up.

I think the Now or Never quest is supposed to trigger after Matter of Life and Death. Matter of Life and Death triggers after the quests for Djikstra is finished.

Just Triss telling me she has something to say and to come to her house sometime so she can talk to me about it.

Maybe you should ask for a save file from someone? Somebody's gotta have a save around then they could share.
