@OP: You're probably trying to play oldschool runescape and not rs3, you can use the same account for both but they level seperately and everyone starts new on osrs.

Just no... Can go years without logging in and they won't reset (Just tested myself with an account that hadn't been logged on in > 900 days)... Also RSC beta was released in early 2001, so playing since 1999 would be a nifty trick.

If you know for sure you are on your RS3 account and not old school then perhaps you are a victim of the rollback issues that happened around 2 months back, some accounts were incorrectly reset.

I think those accounts could still see things like their adventure log / xp tracking websites (i dont know the name for the rs3 version), which proved they were a victim of this.

I have no idea about the contact method, Maybe a forum post or just overall a contact button on RS website? They have fixed a lot of these accounts as far as i know though.
