Pull her strings or be yourself batman

Important choice #1

The first important choice comes with the third chapter, during the conversation with John. John will ask you how to win Harley's heart.

1. Be yourself, John - this option will have John ask Bruce for playing out a scene, in which Bruce will impersonate Harley and John will try to confess.
2. Pull her strings - in this case, John will try to use manipulation to get information from Bruce. He will use coffee and tissues to make a Rorschach (ink blot) test.

Important choice #2

The second important choice appears in the same, third chapter. You can warn Catwoman that the GCPD wants to catch her, or you can keep this info to yourself.

1. Send Message - this option will prompt Catwoman to steal Riddler's laptop, after which she'll inform Batman of the deed. When they meet, the two will have a brief fight, but eventually she'll hand over both the laptop and the tools required to crack its security.
2. Cancel Message - in this case Catwoman will be unable to steal the laptop. Instead, John will do it. Batman will meet with John and receive the laptop. Catwoman will go to Bruce's office and give him the tools necessary to crack the security.

Regardless of your choice, you'll still have the option to invite Catwoman to Batman's hideout and improve their relations.

Important choice #3

The third important choice will await you near the end of the game, in chapter 6. You'll have to either rat on Catwoman, revealing that she's the one who betrayed the Pact, or take the blame yourself.

1. Catwoman - Harley will decide that Catwoman is to be frozen in Freeze's capsule. Catwoman will try to escape, destroying the capsule in the process, but eventually she'll get trapped in Riddler's death capsule.
2. It was me - in this case, Bruce will be put into Freeze's capsule.
