The flavor was great, I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I don’t eat a lot of meat. (No pork or beef.) So this is great, broth is very flavorful. It’s more expensive than mainstream ramen but it’s still a good value and a good meal, especially with the added veggies. I'm not able to eat diary and because Ramen Express is vegetarian I have no problems with it at all. There are very few instant ramens out there that don't contain milk. I'm super glad its now on Amazon because I couldn't find it anymore at my local Safeway. Thank you Ramen Express!!
