Remington Solar’s anode is a secret blend of ions that prevent growth in your pool, providing cleaner, healthier water for your pool. This replacement anode will help keep your swimming pool or hot tub crystal clear. It’s not magic. It’s actually old science.

These items are sold as "new", however your anodes may be slightly discolored or contain small amounts of impurities commonly found in copper. The product is milled pure copper (with 1% silver) from copper bars.

The nature of copper is that it can oxidize and create discoloration. Small amounts of impurities, commonly found in copper, can also discolor with contact with moisture and air.

How do you clean a copper anode pool?

Just add Sun Shock Soak and Rinse to Water… Drop your basket/anode into a jar of and the Anode will CLEAN ITSELF! If there is a liberal amount of build-up prior to cleaning, gently brush the anode with a Wire Brush after soaking in the Cleaner!!
