I do not have retail mode on my device but I found these instructions: Go to "Settings, then scrolling down and selecting General Management, and finally Retail Mode. This will bring up a screen asking if you want to turn it off. You can also do this by going to Settings, Backup and Reset, and finally Backup Storage - Backup Options. Then select Retail Mode Turnoff." On several sites they say the password is 5444 It is also mentioned that if demo mode is all that works, it is a stolen phone and only samsung can fix it. If that's the case possibly you got tricked into buying a stolen phone? i was scrolling through ebay one day when i found a samsung s10 plus for the suspiciously low price of 20 dollars. i bought it for the hell of it when i saw the price. when it arrived, i opened the box, unwrapped it, and plugged it in. when i turned it on, it was stuck in something called retail mode, and it wouldn't me let do anything. if i changed a setting, it would simply revert its settings back to normal if i tried changing anything. i've already done a good amount of research and tried many methods, but none have worked so far. is there a way to get rid of retail mode?
