Show r/samsung When I go to install HBO max for example I click install, it says it’s downloading then just suddenly stops and doesn’t. It then says install again and it just loops and loops. It allows me to click install, shows the option to cancel then after about thirty seconds this cycle starts over. It worked for me as well, and i would add that as someone else in this thread said about ‘the frame’, it behaves a bit differently. I think the remote starts to flash red after about 8 seconds, and the when you reboot the frame logo appears. level 1 I was about to chuck the remote at the tv! 8 second reset worked!
