When I go to install HBO max for example I click install, it says it’s downloading then just suddenly stops and doesn’t. It then says install again and it just loops and loops. Anyone else have this problem how did you fix it? I tried googling it and it didn’t help.

I'm having the same problem with my new OLED 65" Samsung. It allows me to click install, shows the option to cancel then after about thirty seconds this cycle starts over. Im leaning towards it being a samsung account issue but I can't figure it out.

If you figure it out let me know. Just bough the TV about a month ago

Thanks! It worked for me as well, and i would add that as someone else in this thread said about ‘the frame’, it behaves a bit differently. I think the remote starts to flash red after about 8 seconds, and the when you reboot the frame logo appears.

I was about to chuck the remote at the tv! 8 second reset worked! Thanks!
