Fair St. LouisFair Saint Louis 2022, a three-day extravaganza, will take place Sat., July 2 through Mon., July 4 at the Gateway Arch grounds, Kiener Plaza and Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis. The event will feature action-packed entertainment that includes family-friendly attractions, numerous concerts, concessions and a special mainstage Salute to the Troops and Folds of Honor ceremony — all culminating in the largest fireworks show over the Mississippi River, against the backdrop of the iconic Gateway Arch, that Fair St. Louis has ever produced. Headlining groups to grace the various Fair St. Louis stages throughout the celebratory weekend include X Ambassadors, Tyler Farr, Rodney Atkins, Third Eye Blind and a ‘90s House Party with Coolio, Montell Jordan, Tone Loc, Young MC and Color Me Badd.Over at Bally’s Sports Live! at Ballpark Village, the Gateway Legends Collegiate Invitational (GLC) will feature collegiate and high school teams competing in an indoor/outdoor esports experience. The GLC event will also feature free performances by local and regional bands and DJs. All visitors are welcome to stop by to talk to the performers, watch dancing or even to participate if they choose to. America’s Birthday ParadeAmerica’s Biggest Birthday Parade kicks off at 10 a.m. on Sat., July 2, and will march through the streets of downtown. Now in its 139th year, the parade entertains with its elaborate floats, choreographed dances and performances from some of the country’s most talented marching bands.
