Please try connecting your Stealth 600 headset and its USB transmitter to a PC with the Audio Hub installed on it, and use the Audio Hub to restore the headset. There's a restore button within the application itself and that may assist in clearing up what you're experiencing.

Make Sure Headset Is Charged/Powered On, Updated Then, make sure to hold the Power button to power the headset on. Once the headset is powered on, update the headset's firmware if you have not yet done so. Once the headset is fully charged/powered on, and the headset's firmware is up to date, test the headset again.

Why can't I hear my game audio through my headset Turtle Beach?

PS4: If you are only able to hear game audio when the headset is plugged into the controller, it is likely the transmitter is not paired to the headset and Settings > Devices > Audio Devices > Output to Headphones is set to 'All' and not 'Chat Audio'.
