Use it and you will have new knees! Both my knees hurt from old injures from sports and constantly. I couldn't kneel down on them, walk up or down stairs without pain, it hurt to sit for long times, if I even stepped crooked they were injured and I needed a shot in them! My doctor told me about regular Move Free so I tried it, but the pills were large and I hated taking them, and it helped a little but not a lot. So I looked for a Move Free product with a smaller pill and WOW!!! I found Move Free Ultra and my knees hurt NO MORE!... since I started taking Move Free Ultra 4 years ago! It is like a miracle! Try it for several months and you will see too.

I'm a very active person that enjoys playing sports, walking, and biking. However, a physical disorder had led to weight gain, water retention, and swollen joints leaving me in extreme pain just trying to extend my legs when I woke up each morning. After taking this Move Free Ultra for a couple weeks, my pain has greatly decreased and my ability and range of movement is 10 times better. This has enabled me to continue doing the active things I love that help fight the issues with weight. While the medication itself may be just as effective in other brands, the fact that this is such a tiny pill makes it so much easier to swallow. If it weren't so easy to ingest, it wouldn't matter how great the medication works.

I've included Schiff's MOVE FREE in my vitamin/supplement regimen for several years, so I wrote it on the list I give my MD every year -- she commented that she and her husband also take it. I'll be 79 in September! I'm a very well person, so I make sure I always take it. I order through AMAZON PRIME so I'm never without it. I can't recommend it highly enough! WORKS FOR ME!!!

Being over 50, you start feeling some aches and pains. I had a knee that was bothersome for weeks and starting taking this and was back to normal within a week.

This works for me better than glucosamine/chondroitin. And I can actually swallow it without gagging.

These are tiny, just as described. Tiny is very hard to find, I recommend them if you have trouble swallowing pills.

Amazing that the pills got smaller, the price got higher, and when the bottle comes...there aren't enough pills to even cover the bottom of the container. Terrible value for this product.

I used this for knee pain. It seems to work but takes more than one month to prove its worth.

Long story short -- fairly athletic, took a bad step and torn my meniscus, had surgery. Two years after surgery and multiple cortisone shots my knee still hurt. It hurt to stand up without support. I couldn't walk up stairs without feeling the pain. I felt the throbbing all day long. Running was out of the question. Very frustrating to an otherwise healthy person.

Went to the store, found several products that claimed to help with joints. The reviews for this product were most favorable so I bought a bottle. I am not exaggerating when I say that I could tell the difference within a week. It was amazing. I was afraid to tell anyone about my miracle 'drug' least they roll their eyes. But it really worked for me!

Today I feel NO pain in my knees at all and I only take one tablet a day. It is crazy! In January I started walking long distances and then started running. Two weeks ago I completed my first 10K run in over 30 years! I'm not fast, but I did it an finished with no pain.

I've given samples of Move Free to three of my friends and my mother. Two of my friends have had the same results as me. They are thrilled. One friend had pain in her back the other in his knee. One of my friends quit using it after a week and my mother is going on her third week -- it may take her a little longer as she is 20 years my senior. It also might not work for her. Who knows?! I just know that it worked for me and I hope it works for you too!

UPDATE -- THESE ARE NOT the same as the original Move Free. After taking this tablet for a month my knees started hurting again. I could not understand what was going on. After a thorough investigation, I learned that the ingredients are different than the original 2-a-day capsules. All their products are different. Especially stay away from the gummies! Seriously! I have since switched back to the Original Move Free Advanced Tablets and am once again pain free.

I purchased this item on February 21, 2017, I ordered 2 bottles. I was diagnosed with a minicus tear in my right knee and arthritis in my left. When one ached & swelled, I would favor it over the other, took Tylenol arthritis pills and eventually aggravate the other and have to continue the pills, it was never ending pain. Like other reviewers, I was taking the stairs one at a time and it was extremely painful. I woke up out of a sleep in pain only to watch an infomercial on this product. Naturallyโ€‹, I looked it up on Amazon and read the reviews first. So many of the reviewers were experiencing my pain so I ordered 2 bottles. By that time, both knees were swollen and painful. Since I ordered 2 bottles, I came up with the bright idea to take 3 pills a day for 10 days thinking the sooner I get the supplement in me the sooner I would feel better. After 10 days and continuing the Tylenol, I felt very little relief. I started the 2nd bottle and took the supplement twice a day and started to feel better, the pain was subsiding and I stopped taking the Tylenol. I then ordered the 2 pack 75 count bottle. It wasn't until I woke up in the middle of the night , and not from pain, just to go to the bathroom, that I didn't have to gingerly ease myself out of bed before standing up. I AM WALKING UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS LIKE A NORMAL PERSON! There is still a little ache, but not the debilating kind. Needless to say, I am so happy I purchased this product. I'm sure, sooner than later, I will feel even better soon. I'm glad I tripled and then doubled up on the supplement to feel better sooner. I am now only taking 1 pill a day and no Tylenol. Looking forward to riding my bike Thank you for a wonderful product!

So, I am 48 and starting to feel the effects of repetitious movements at work and I suppose, just getting older. I started taking varied vitamins to enhance my health and to hopefully keep me as healthy as possible. I cannot remember where I even saw Move Free, but apparently I did, because I bought it. I have knee pain from a degenerate condition, Acheles tendonitis, shoulder pain(that would wake me up) and I started getting arthritis in my toes....Have to remind myself to bend my toes as I walk. I started Move Free Ultra the day I got it. In four days I noticed unexpectedly that my toes didn't hurt! I forgot I was taking the pill mind you. I thought, my goodness, no pain! Must be a fluke! Then I noticed that my shoulder didn't hurt ANYMORE! I'm scratching my head at why I don't have pain. Then it got me..its got to be the Move Free Ultra! Now my tendonitis still hurts along with my knees, but two out of four isn't so bad!

UPDATE: I've been taking Move Free Ultra for a couple of months now and my knees(had constant pain when moving since I was 19) are sooo much better! I can walk down stairs without wincing and gripping the handrail for fear my knees would fail me. I found myself running down stairs without realizing what I was doing. I almost cried. I couldn't believe it. Funny how your body forgets pain. I am in total shock at how well this product has given me relief from ALL of the issues I had. Except the Acheles tendinitis...at least for now.

I have had knee problems for over 30 years - accidents, falls, etc. For years my joints were stiff when I would first get out of a chair. You know how it is - those first few steps until you get the joints warmed up. But over the years my knees and ankle were getting to the point I just couldn't walk. My "warmed up" was almost as bad as my "cold". For the last 15 or so years I had been taking glucosamine and chondroitin and had deceived myself into believing at least it wasn't getting worse, which of course it was.

I was at a point of desperation. My walking was getting worse, and my job requires I walk around a lot. Every night before work, I would take 3 Aleve tablets and 2 Tylenol. Around 3 AM I'd take more Tylenol. Before I went to bed I would take more Aleve and Tylenol.

There are a lot of patent medicines and highly touted treatments for arthritis and joint pain. Over the years I've tried a lot of them, with little or no relief, so I'm no believer in advertising hype. "Skepticism" is my middle name. Having seen ads for Move Free Ultra, I thought, "what the heck". Nothing else had worked so I had nothing to lose. I bought a bottle of it and added it to my nightly vitamin doses, omitting the glucosamine and chondroitin, and kind of forgot about it.

About two weeks later,I noticed I was walking pretty well. I wanted to attribute it to the Move Free Ultra, but I was still a little skeptical. I'd had brief remissions and respites before and was reluctant to credit the new supplement.

Now, 9 months later, I think I'm safe giving credit to Move Free. My knees rarely give me much trouble. I'm able to walk normally after a few warm-up paces. My ankles are around 75% better. Move Free didn't help my arthritic hands, shoulder, or neck, but as a treatment for my main mobility problems, I can say Move Free Ultra was just what I needed. I still take a couple of aspirin before work and before bed, but the handfuls of pain relievers are in the past.

I can recommend Move Free Ultra to anyone. It might not work for everybody, but it's worth a try.

I started taking the Move Free softgels a month ago. They work! I love them!! I decided to switch to this version of Move Free only because I found it on Subscribe and Save and the softgels were not. I will assume that this version will work just as well as the softgels. If not, I have a bottle of softgels waiting for me. lol. Being someone who has had Bariatric Surgery, I am required to take meds that are either liquid, chewable or a tab or softgel that are no bigger than an M&M plain. For a tablet, I am shocked at how small they are! The pic I submitted is a 30 day supply of Move Free Ultras! If you're on the fence about buying Move Free, I say go for it!! I no longer have pain in my joints. As a Senior, that is a huge accomplishment!! Hope my review helps!!

UPDATE: As time goes on, I'm noticing that my knee no longer clicks when I walk! Add that to my joints are pain free!!

UPDATE: It's been several months now that I've been taking Move Free and I'm still pain free and still no clicking in my knee!! I will continue to take Move Free for the rest of my life. That's how much I believe in them.

Noticed an improvement in my hands. My fingers were more flexible

My husband and I had been taking the more traditional glucosamine/chondroitin supplements for minor joint pain, and I wasn't sure I was getting any benefit at all. I was using an elbow wrap pretty regularly, and my husband had a knee wrap he wore almost every day. One day, my mom mentioned in passing that a friend of hers had tried this supplement and loved it. So I picked up two 30-pill bottles, balking a bit at the steeper price per dose but willing to try it for a month and see what happened.

At first, I didn't notice anything. Then nearing the end of the month, as the bottle ran low, it occurred to me that I had no idea where my elbow wrap was...and that I hadn't worn it in a couple weeks. My husband, too, realized that he had no pain in his knee. "It's a miracle!" we said. OK, we didn't really say that, but we were converts. That was maybe four years ago, and we both are still pleased with the effects of this pill. My elbow wrap is but a distant memory, as is my husband's knee wrap.

Now I buy this supplement in 75-pill bottles at the local warehouse store, and the price no longer bothers me. For us, the previous pills were the ones that were a big waste of money.

NOTE that this product is a supplement. It's not intended to treat pain or severe injuries. If your joints are already in bad enough shape that you're seeing a doctor about it (and especially if you're to the point of getting cortisone shots!), you probably will see no benefit from this supplement.

Great stuff. Took 3 before I felt relief.
Took off a month. Big mistake. I had to go 3 weeks to get relief.

Wish it wasnt so expensive.

Try for yourself.
