Cons: "The seats were awful and uncomfortable. Payed 100 dollars extra for even more leg room and barely had any. Such an old plane for such a long flight. The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."

Just a week prior, my JetBlue flight was scheduled on time and then three things delayed thre flight for three hours right before we took off and now this! I was told it was due to needing to replace a crew member from another delayed flight. How can that affect so many people? The seat was also super uncomfortable and the back of the cushion was rolling forward, which made it hard to sit for that long. we also didn’t have a gate when we landed so that added on an extra 30minutes. Really disappointed."

Cons: "Only 1 flight per day to from Austin, Tx. Our 4:11 pm flight on Monday, Oct 9th was delayed 2 houra bc of weather in NY. That was understandable. However, our flight was delayed another 4 hours bc of no gate, held up earlier flight to Boston bc of late passenger and countless other issues. Such as maintence, rebooting plane systems, etc. Employees were clues and every employee gave different explanations. Once we boarded the flight crew was nasty and rude. Lastly, after boarding we were held at gate for another half hour before taking off. This was first time in many years i flew on jetblue bc i switched to american post jetblue tarmac nightmare. I will never fly jetblue again ever."

Cons: "At 5:30 am, Jetblue check in personnel in WPB were rude to passengers. Said It was our fault we were in wrong line to check our bags bc we had not read the sign that clearly said if we were pre-checked we should have waited 10 yards to the right. She refused to take our bags in the full sevice line until other passengers deferred and insisted our bags be checked In ahead of them since we had been waiting longer. There were not enough people to staff the bars in the JFK terminal before our flight boarded. Waited 15 minutes for one bartender to return from break. At next bar, in front of gate #16 there was no bartender. After 15 minutes someone appeared, only to take orders and disappear. Finally got a drink at a restaurant, nearby, but they said the drink had to be consumed there, not taken in the plane. No alcohol was offered on the plane between JFK and Burlington. Baggage crew ripped the handle off my Rimowan luggage."

Pros: "We were running a bit late for our flight, so the employee at the check-in counter made sure we checked in as soon as possible! He even checked in an extra bag free of charge, so we could go trough security faster! Greatly appreciated!"

Pros: "You can pretty much count on having a great crew with JetBlue This flight's embodied patience: patience with the lady who wanted to bring a smartecarte loaded with diaper bags, blankies, handbags and stuffed animals onto the plane; patience with the baby in the first row who cried throughout the entire boarding process and patience witht; patience with the lady in the first row (who didn't have a seat in front of her to put her handbag containing a small service dog underneath) and two, I guess, wanted to keep the dog on her lap during take off. It was a plane full of first time flyers, with resulting chaos. And they kept their cool throughout."

But it sure makes it trying for people who are sharing the same cramped space. You don't realize that there's an art to being a good passenger until you see passengers who are unskilled at being passengers. I know this sounds very unkind, but it was a late flight."

Pros: "The check in line was a little long, but moved quickly. Then the unthinkable happened and we got wind of our friend passing just as we got to the front. The woman working at the counter felt so bad for us that she actually moved us into our own row so that we could have the space to grieve. We were also traveling with a dog so that in itself was so kind and accommodating."

This flight was excellent. Left and arrives ahead of schedule. The plane was only half full and they actually let people lay down in rows of empty seats. The crew was super kind to a large family with a bunch of kids who wanted to be closer together. I think Delta purposely avoids turbulence more than other airlines because I never experience jarring flights, even the red eyes. They served two meals onboard (which were honestly pretty gross but they are doing their best). Also the newer planes have really cool lighting that helps with jet lag because they mimic the sunset and sunrise colors, and have polarized windows that extend “night time” until they are ready to land in the morning. Pretty cool.

Cons: "Assigning seats at check in? Why was that a thing? Also why did we have to wait for almost an hour once we landed to be given a gate for us to unload? So stupid the whole thing."

Called Kayak, you guys said you couldn’t do anything. Finally I got some 3rd party phone number I was given by Kayak. I called the number and it was not in service. In all my years using this app this was the biggest disappointment ever!!!!"

Then when they rebooked our connection on a British Airways flight, BA couldn't pull up the tickets and we wasted yet another hour while Virgin Atlantic and Delta both passed the buck as to who was responsible for correcting it so we could get on our rebooked flight, which we BARELY did with only 2 minutes to spare!"

Cons: "The tv screen corresponding to my seat 9A was not working so could not see any movies nor information during the whole flight SDQ to JFK. The condition was reported twice to the flight attendance but was not able to correct it even after resetting the TV settings twice"

Cons: "I wouldn't rate this flight on a five-star grid--I give it 0.0 stars. Delta's economy seats are so tiny that even a small person like myself finds it agonizing to ride in them for a moderate-length flight. We need aggressive regulation of our airlines to prevent the unconscionable and humiliating way they treat economy passengers. It's not safe, healthy or humane to ask human beings to sit for hours in tiny spaces with very little air (on top of everything else, the plane was mercilessly hot the whole time). Next time I will choose a European carrier--even the discount Euro carriers are better than any US airline."

Pros: "The prior flight arrived late and then due to what appeared to be some mechanical issue, the plane was towed into the gate at about the time we were due to board. I mention this only because this was the only glitch during the rest of the flight. Loved the wide variety of entertainment available inflight, the AC outlets on EVERY row, and though I didn't need it this time, the availability of Wi-Fi Internet is appreciated. And though we left 40 minutes late, we made up part of the time and arrived only 20 min later than scheduled. Bravo Delta! I'll have to check out your version of Mileage Plus."

One of the flight attendents was more bossy I felt than necessary. She told me not to put my backpack in the overhead bin, even though there was enough space and the back 3rd of the aircraft was half empty (I was in the last loading zone so there weren't many more people after me)."

Cons: "Having less than an hour to deplane, go through immigration, them security just isn't enough time between flights. I missed my plane as Guadalajara immigration took almost 2 hours at 5:45am. I then had to add another flight to my itinerary. Planes are somewhat old."

Cons: "Aeromexico was unable to provide the boarding pass for our second flight on the itinerary (operated by Delta) when we checked in in Mexico City (our checked bags were tagged all the way to Minneapolis though). They informed us that we would need to go to the Delta ticket counter when we arrived in Cancun (with a short layover). This is an unacceptable level of service."

I booked my flight through Kayak. I was not able to make the flight. I sent my passport in for renewal 7 weeks ago. I still have not received it. I couldn't rebook because I didn't know when or if I would even receive it. That would of cost me a extra $500. So I asked for a refund or voucher to book at a later date. I only was able to recover $90 of the $1000 I spent on my flight. How would you feel?

They have made the seats even narrower and tighter fore. Like paying someone a lot of money to torture you. Tall people—don’t mean NBA— can’t scoot down so there’s no seat to support neck. We got sore necks and no sleep. The aisles so narrow now flight attendants are hitting people’s shoulders all the time, spilled hot coffee on me. They probably have bruises. Airlines guilty of human rights violations.

The plane was very late arriving at the gate which made me miss my connecting flight which made me miss my shuttle. I’m very upset and will be calling American Airlines

Cons: "Checkin was seamless. flight comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately not much can be done about the worst part, which was total immigration disorganization on arrival at JFK. Coming from Rome which is a huge airport, it was shameful to see the difference. Sigh."

Pros: "NOTHING !! I lost my flight because in the email I received you all put the wrong airline on it and nobody took responsability for it . I ended up paying $311.00 to get the next flight back to Austin ."

Cons: "In the email it was stated that my first flight was with British Airways, so i wasted time making the wrong line . Only to get to the counter and waste more tome trying to find me in the system to then tell me my flight is with American Airline . I double check my email where it clearly shows: 1st flight-British Airway and 2nd flight-American Airline . This is not acceptable, nobody wants to take responsability for sending me the wrong information in the email. Had I know both of my flights were with American Airline I wouldn’t lost my plane because I would make the right line to begin with ."

Pros: "Flight departed and arrived on time. Good, friendly, efficient service on flight. Cabin crew took special care to arrange for those with on-going flights and tight connections to be accommodated to make these tight connections."

Pros: "I paid extra for the bulkhead seats for the leg room, and it was worth it. In general, it was an easy flight."

Pros: "At least they kept throwing food at us on the plane."

Cons: "Arrived 3 hours early to CDG, and a long line to check a bag. It took so long, eventually they allowed people to cut in line as their flight departure times neared. 2+ hours later, I finally got to a kiosk to print my boarding pass and baggage tag, but now another line to drop off my bag on the conveyor belt. With less than 30 minutes to departure, and still haven't gone through security, I gave up and made my checked bag a carry-on as well. And then tight seats on the plane, with no individual screens (the movie played on a tiny screen 2 rows up in the aisle.)"

Cons: "I paid hard-earned money for an expensive flight to Madrid. Not only were we very delayed on the way there, we were also delayed on the way back. We spent 3 hours back and forth on the tarmac stuck on an old bus in 100+ degree weather being delivered conflicting information, summed up to the seats being "broken". We got a "bathroom break" during which was talked to very rudely by the flight attendant at the gate, and then was almost left behind by the bus on the tarmac. Additionally, once we got onto the plane, it was extremely old (I'm talking no TV's, ashtrays on seats, filthy tables, dirty seats). To top it off, when I went to the restroom in the middle on the flight, I saw flight attendants drinking Tito's and soda in the back in the plane and talking loudly. I am not usually one to complain- but this was a particularly bad experience and terrible ending to my vacation."

Cons: "We boarded, sat on the plane for a while, backed up from the gate, then sat for a while longer. 3 hours later, we had to go back to the gate because we reached the legal limit they can hold us on the plane on the tarmac. Another hour and a half or so later, we finally took off for JFK. We missed our first connecting flight and the second connecting flight I was able to rebook."

Cons: "Cannot believe how American a treated it's passengers. 3 hour delay to JFK. No apologies. Missed connection to Paris. Not any customer service agents to be found in JFK at 11:30 pm. No explanation on what next. No hotel.. Nada. I'll never travel with American again."

Pros: "Ice cream as a snack was a nice surprise."

Cons: "This was a nine hour flight and the entertainment system was very old. There were screens in the middle of the plane with the movies chosen for you. On a flight this long, the customer should have options. You also were not able to control your the air. So the flight was freezing! The lunch options were meatballs or cheesy pasta. I thought these were risky. What has happened to chicken?"

Cons: "They would not let me board for being less than 5 minutes late."

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I paid for 2 seats with extra legroom to find out that the entire plane was extra legroom. The flight attendants weren't friendly at all. I have had nothing but trouble with American for this past trip. From losing my reservation to this, it has been a nightmare. I hope I never have to fly them again, I tried complaining to customer service. You can't call them ; only email them. I could go on and on. They need lessons with their treatment of their passengers."

Cons: "We get used to cramped conditions on domestic flights but normally get more for international flights. The 777 was very modern but small cramped seats (3 4 3 configuration) meant for a tough journey and almost impossible to sleep."

Pros: "The British Airways flight to Europe had on-demand movies, with a screen on the back of the seat in front of you. The American Airlines return flight only had a cabin screen, where everyone watched the same movie. I will say, however, that the two movies I watched were excellent, so the outcome was fine (but given the option, I'd take the BA option of on-demand viewing!)."

Cons: "The seats on the AA weren't quite as comfortable as the BA flight (seats sat pretty straight upright, and not too plush... but all in all, not terribly uncomfortable)."

No update available other than its on it's way. I called again at 8:00pm, 9:00pm 10:30pm & 11:15pm. Still no update was given. At around 12:30pm AFTER I WENT TO SLEEP, someone come to my hotel room to drop off my luggage. I had an important meeting for early the following morning and if my bag did not arrive, I had no business clothes for the meeting. I could have bought some new cloths but since I was TOLD my cloths would be arriving by 1-2:00pm and be delivered by early evening, I thought that not necessary. I believe I was told that so BA"

Cons: "The plane was so old. It had phones,no individual RGA. The same movie played both ways on our flights and the sound didn't properly work. The overhead was so tiny. I will not fly American again."

Cons: "I did not know I purchase a BE ticket. Was asked to pay $175 for the suit bag i had in addition to my computer bag. I was also place in a seat that does not recline. Very poor value at any cost."

Pros: "We landed in NYC -- although it was first announced as Dulles."

Cons: "This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device."
