This is a Direct-hire position The Salary Range is $62,400-$70,000 The official title of this role is Marketing Coordinator , however our customer is hoping to find someone with administrative assistant experience, marketing experience is not required. Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Company marketing team in the administration of trade shows and corporate events, training, sales and distributor support, website maintenance, literature and give-a-ways, promotions, social media, and email marketing. Responsibilities Event Administration Maintaining event schedule Preparing shipments Coordinating with other departments such as warehouse, logistics, and the sales team Coordinating hotels, transportation, registration for Company employee attending meetings and events Tracking and reporting on expenses Registering for events Supervising booth setup and/or tear downs Training Maintaining training schedule Coordinating training sessions and resources. Managing registrations and post-session materials. Tracking registration, online bookings, invoices, PO and other expenses Maintaining and fulfilling training marketing materials Supporting salespeople and customers who attend training Responding to customer inquiries Sales, Distributor, and Meeting Support Providing sales support for the Company sales team.
