For most destinations, April showers bring May flowers. In Park City, however, we do things a little differently. The pristine snow melting down from the mountains is what brings nature back to life. May is one of the most underrated months to visit our quiet town, but it’s often the perfect escape for families searching for a relaxing getaway. If you’re planning a trip to Park City in May, consider including our favorite activities in your
itinerary! Access our Vacation Guide Once the snow melts, the ski trails turn into the perfect paths for mountain biking. This region boasts around 450 miles of gold-level trails that wind around valleys and peaks. Stop by Park City Mountain Resort to rent a
bike and purchase a lift pass to enjoy a relaxing ride up before pedaling your way back down. There’s no better time to treat yourself to a massage or facial than while you’re on vacation. Knead a Massage is a fantastic choice for guests of
Alpine Ski Properties because you won’t have trouble finding their office. They’re right next door to us! They offer four massage packages, ranging from 30 minutes to two hours. Couple treatments are available upon request. Main Street in Park City (sometimes called Old Town Park City) is home to some of the area’s best
shops and art galleries. Stop by Atticus Coffee and Teahouse, one of favorite cozy spots in town. They offer delicious hot drinks and a wide selection of over 1,000 new and used books!
If you’re interested in learning more about art, The Kimball Art Center is a must! They display fascinating exhibits focused on specific artists or centered around themes like genre or medium.
