It was an incredible addition to Pacific Airshow weekend that delivered a much needed (post-covid) boost to our local small businesses, including our great restaurants, hotels and beyond. We’d like to thank everyone who came out to support this inaugural event! Show Unfortunately, delays in obtaining the required approvals have resulted in our decision to postpone the next edition of Afterburner until 2023. We have every intention of bringing Afterburner back in 2023 as a key part of the overall family-friendly festival that includes Pacific Airshow, which has become the most attended Airshow in the USA. We hope, with the support of City Leadership, that we can continue to deliver this event in Huntington Beach and deliver positive results for our residents and businesses. Set TimesPerformances start with Afterburner's opening DJ around 4:00 PM each night, and conclude around 9:30 PM each night.  6. COVID-19 GuidelinesAfterburner Music Festival is complying with all mandated federal, state, and local health requirements. Proof of vaccination is not required to attend this event nor is a required face mask regardless of vaccination status. 7. Times Doors OpenGates for the Afterburner Music Festival will open around 4:00 PM on Friday & Saturday night with performances ending around 9:30 PM each night. 8. Food & DrinkFood and beverages will be available for purchase at the festival venues. The event is cashless, so please bring your credit cards. We recommend that all attendees with food restrictions eat before the show. Photo ID will be required for guests wishing to purchase alcohol. 9. ADA ViewingHuntington Beach is one of the most accessible beaches in Southern California. ADA Viewing is available within the General Admission area at Afterburner Music Festival, and tickets are required. ADA viewing is also available in the VIP lounge in the VIP area. Seating in the VIP lounge is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All guests must have a VIP ticket in order to enter this area. Wheelchair access ramps are available throughout the event venue. Please note: Transportation to/from your vehicle to/around the festival is not provided. This event is standing-room only (excluding a few seating areas throughout the venue), and attending the show can be physically demanding.
