As par the course of shoujo anime, Ouran High School Host Club has a happy ending. The series ends with each member of the host club sharing a dance with Haruhi.

the anime doesn't finish on a certain chapter of ouran. as far as i have read, the last few episodes with Tamaki getting married never happened. that was created for an ending to the anime. the manga is still going. currently it's up to volume 15

08The Ouran Host Club takes Haruhi Fujioka to a real beach where they compete to learn Haruhi's deepest fear. Haruhi saves some guests who are threatened by two local thugs who push her off a cliff and into the sea. When Tamaki Suoh saves her, they end up in an argument, but why?

09Haruhi's and Tamaki's fight continues. The other club members help Haruhi realize that Tamaki was only worried about her. Haruhi suddenly feels nauseous from eating too much and ends up getting a sly lesson about being vulnerable from Kyoya Ootori (aka The Shadow King). What happens when her true fear is revealed?

10Haruhi is returning from a supermarket run when she slips in the courtyard and is caught by Benio "Benibara" Amakusa. Benio and the other members of the Zuka Club immediately recognize that Haruhi is a girl and try to get her to transfer to St. Lobelia Girls' Academy.

11It's Halloween and the 1st-year students at Ouran Academy are getting ready for a costume ball. Suddenly, strange mishaps start occurring around Haruhi, leading everyone to think that she's under a "Witch's Curse."
