True Beauty is the latest Korean drama to capture fans’ hearts all over the world. The new series follows Im Joo Kyung (Moon Ga Young), a high school student who learns how to transform her looks and her social status through the art of makeup. Insecure about her appearance, she masters makeup thanks to the internet and quite literally changes her life.

While she’s lauded for her beauty at school, she lives in fear that her classmates will discover what she looks like under all of the foundation and mascara. Lee Su Ho (Cha Eun Woo), another student at school with impressive grades and a knack for basketball, is the only one who knows what she looks like naturally, and the two of them form a bond by sharing their deepest secrets only with each other.

IS TRUE BEAUTY ON NETFLIX?

True Beauty is not on Netflix at the moment. The South Korean drama is also not available on platforms like Hulu, Google Play, Prime Video or HBO.

WILL TRUE BEAUTY BE ON NETFLIX?

Netflix has not announced any plans to add True Beauty to its library, but the streaming platform does have some other K-dramas you can watch in the meantime. Shows like Stranger, It’s Okay Not to Be Okay and Hyena are all currently streaming on Netflix.
