Where does black lagoon anime end in manga

Basically, the anime covers everything up to the El Baile de la Muerte arc (which was made into an OVA series called Roberta's Blood Trail). The recent Wired Red Wild Card arc still hasn't been animated yet.

Or I just need to start from the beginning,because I've heard that the events in anime are not in the same order as the manga.
P.S.I've seen posts about this from 2008,so I'm asking now,when manga has moved further-Do Revy and Rock end up together,does their relationship develop in any way?I'm really interasted to see how'll their relationship work out,I think they would make a great couple because they are so different.

Some events are in a different order, but it doesn't make a difference in my opinion, and the anime is pretty close to the manga. I personally started from the beginning because I really enjoyed the anime and reading everything again was fun. If you don't want to do this, Roberta's Blood Trail ends at chapter 76 (volume 9). The most recent chapter is 85, so not much new has happened since the anime end. There was a long hiatus between 2010 and 2013, but now it seems that new chapters come out more or less regularly, so hopefully we can soon enjoy more development.
